Cute stuff but horrible customer service
Millie K.

My sister has been shopping at Scocha for a very long time and I have also made a few purchases. I stopped by today looking for some dangling earrings. The sales Associate with the blonde and pink, lavender hair seemed annoyed by the number of patrons at the store 4 including a baby. I actually told her that she looked fluster and she denied but her demeanor said otherwise. It is such a shame that the quality of customer service has gotten so bad. They had a nice slim lady working there in the past and she was very pleasant and helpful. Maybe that Sales Associate needs to work in the back where she does not need to interact with people. She was abrasive, unpleasant and rude. I will not patronize such an establishment. Unfortunately it seems that other yelpers agreed.

Thank you SCOSHA for fixing my ring!

I purchased the most gorgeous ring, unique in its style, fairly priced and will be returning to buy my sister a present

Love her designs and company. All handmade in NYC! So creative and interesting and good use of gems.

This Grand Street store is filled with so many gorgeous handmade pieces that I had the hardest time narrowing down my choice.

Such interesting pieces can be found as an origami-structured suits or basic knitwear with unexpected details. Lingo has pieces that allow anyone to show a little personality edge without standing too far out in the crowd. With brands such as Prairie Underground (great organic sweat shirts), Butter dresses, Nature vs. Nurture, Kelly Lane, and Filly, you are sure to find something quirky and unique. The owner Shin Yee Man knows how to choose clothes that are accessible enough for everyone, but have a one-of-a-kind, handmade quality that makes them more personal. A favorite is Cinderloop's grey draped tunic with uncommon red string that tucks and pulls to create a unique shape ($148). Most dresses range from $100-$180 and tops from $30-$100. Some collections are by local designers and organic and handmade pieces can easily be found. The accessories are just as unique as the clothes, with purses, belts, hats, wallets, clutches, earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces found throughout the store. Eccentric bright jewelry are made of beads, feathers, string, precious stones, and silver and range from $20-$150, with the most unique rings made from Horn and Seed Pod for $20-$90. The one-of-a-kind custom leather belts have intricate buckles and are worn in beautifully ($100-$150). Featured Boutique July 2009 - The Boutique of the Week
