I researched where to go to get my batteries replaced here in Bay Ridge and found nice reviews for Global. I brought two watches to start with to ensure good battery replacement. I met with Elad who quickly repaired the batteries at reasonable cost. Additionally, I returned to sell some gold pieces that didn't fit and some I just don't wear and again was given great prices for selling. Global also sells jewelry such as some Tiffany pieces and other lovely gems. He couldn't fix the broken ring, couldn't replace the studs and only fixed the bracelet chain. Started saying stuff that did not make sense. One second it was our faults for making the purchase too quickly and purchasing faulty items as if it wasn't his products. When we told him we spent 3 hours in the store, he then said it was our faults we took too long. Charged me more than a grand and a half and when I asked how much I could sell the ring that he couldn't fix, he had the audacity to tell me $50 because "it was cheap." Essentially, his gold is cheap and he says it himself. Extremely rude and no barakah in his gold. Regret spending that money and will never go back there.
