I was a bit reluctant to go again since it's not really my thing. The drive was about an hour from Chandler area. I believe we went to the 10 lane boat ramp area which has a pretty wide ramp which made it easy for them to get the boat and jet skis in. It was a super hot day but the water was pretty nice. We were out there at 4pm and didn't get back to the boat ramp until after 8pm. Long enough for me! Some of them tried wakeboarding which looked fun! Unfortunately, due to some joint issue, I wasn't able to try it. It didn't seem super packed that weekend so that was nice. We were left stranded in the middle of the water, sitting in the heat waiting to be towed back. Instead of taking responsibility, the company immediately tried to shift the blame. They told us they needed a mechanic to determine if it was "user error," and now, days later, they're saying they likely won't refund us. That's completely unreasonable. We paid for a working boat and got a breakdown within an hour there's no justification for that. The worst part is how they handled it. No accountability, no urgency, and no concern for the fact that we lost our entire rental time due to their equipment failing. I would strongly advise against booking here. If their boat fails which clearly can happen you'll be stuck out on the lake, wasting your time in the sun, and then potentially blamed for it with no refund.
