Our server came and dropped menus and was about to run off. I quickly asked her for a water. She then asked my wife what she wanted to drink and then came back a while later with both drinks. We ordered although I don't think she was expecting us to order so quickly (I get the impression fast service isn't their thing). I was not super happy with my meal. I tried their chicken parm sandwich and it was somehow rubbery and overcooked at the same time. The fries weren't too bad, but the sandwich just wasn't good. My wife had the cheesesteak and liked it. Overall, it's more bar than restaurant. Not super impressive. And while they weren't busy, they seemed understaffed. Our server came to our table to serve our drinks, take our order, and bring dinner out...however until we had finished our meal - we didn't see her again.
