We ordered from the app in the parking lot and was able to pick up about 10 min later inside. It worked great for potty stops and keeping someone in the car for the pups. Employees were not busy when entering but didn't go out of their way to be friendly except when picking up at the counter, they didn't interact. That's the only reason not 5 stars. We are used to being greeted upon entering and feeling welcomed especially when it's slow. Overall, very positive experience and would definitely return.
