Scooter's are a regional chain and this Scooter's is the first Scooter's I ever went to. They have consistently good lattes. My favorite menu item is the Courage Cookie, which they roll out every October for Breast Cancer Awareness month. It is a giant Frosted Sugar Cookie. Worth ever one of those 560 calories! They are primary Drive Thrus so not a true Coffee Shop, but for a road warrior who works in a Carffice, it is good to know I can get a friendly batista to make me a latte, not only at this store but now all over the KC Metro. I've also been to the stores in Levenworth and Omaha. Their phone app and rewards program are good and easy to use. I save those points for one of the few sweet coffee drinks I actually like, their blended Carmelicious. I get mine with an extra shot of espresso. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! So I LOVE Scooter's Coffee! They are usually my go to. Which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. My mom ordered a physical card through their website to be sent to me for my birthday. She received an email on August 12th stating that the card had been mailed. It was not delivered by the 10th business day so I reached out to their support team. I received a general trouble shooting gift card response - one option being a physical gift card from a 3rd party. None of the options were fitting for my situation. I emailed them back stating as much and including screenshots of the email confirmations. I requested that they just add the balance to my app account. This was on August 29th, my actual birthday. I did not receive a response so I reached out to them via Facebook. They assured me that their team would get into contact me but did not give a time frame. I gave them my phone number and requested a call rather than waiting days for an email response. They said they would give that to their team but I didn't receive a time frame as to when I could expect their call back. Now I won't receive a response until at least Tuesday because it's Labor Day weekend, assuming they even get back to me on Tuesday. Hence this review. It makes me not want to support their business and tell all my friends and family to go elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing. I work in customer service and we respond within 24 business hours. I'm hoping for a resolution on Tuesday!! Maybe they'll see this review and get back to me today, that would be amazing!! read more

Don't let the shop size fool you. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of menu items at Scooters. I've become a fan of the peanut butter power protein drink. I'm also impressed with their smoothie varieties. All I have tried have been delicious. Well worth a stop if you are nearby. read more

Scooters is consistently great coffee. The small drive through boxes they serve out of may not seem legit for putting out great product but they do it better than any other place I know. I do stop here often and I like all their drinks. My favorite is black cold brew with an added espresso shot. Today I am doing the October coffee tour ordering Pumpkin spice drinks from each place. Scooters has a good pumpkin spice latte, but like most other places it's still way too milky for me. I always ask for an extra shot of espresso, but it still needs more. read more

This cute little drive through was perfect. I needed coffee and I could only find Starbucks and fast food coffee this place was super tiny but the coffee and the staff had a lot of personality. I ordered a blended cappuccino with extra shots. It was really fast and the young lady was so friendly and had a big smile. Honestly this was one of the few places that had quick friendly service. Sad to say... most ppl that I met in this city, weren't very nice and the shops were dirty. This place is the total opposite! Cute, clean and top notch service with a south smile! read more

A couple of weeks ago, my cousin came over and gave me the rest of her mango smoothie from Scooter's. I don't care for coffee so I never gave a second though to a place with "coffee" in the name, even though I drive past it every day, so I was really excited to see that they have non-coffee drinks too. And it was delicious! As soon I finished, I seriously considered going back for a second smoothie. So why only three stars? And why didn't my cousin finish her own smoothie? She is lactose intolerant. She requested soy milk in her smoothie and trusted it would be made with soy milk, but unfortunately she didn't realize that there was regular milk until she began having a reaction while driving. A lot of people wouldn't have noticed, but when it affects someone's health, there is no room for error and it must be made right the first time. And since lactose intolerance isn't unheard of, I'm especially surprised that someone could make such a careless mistake. I officially owe my cousin a smoothie, so I plan on stopping at Scooter's myself in the future, but I recommend that anyone with milk allergies pays close attention to what these people are putting into your drinks. read more

I read the reviews before coming here, so I had high expectations. The drink I ordered was a Candy Bar Blender; twix flavor. I may have been misunderstood, but I expected candy pieces to be present. I think this may be made with flavored syrups instead? It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't what I expected and the website didn't state how it was made. read more

The barista waited until I got to the window and asked a few more questions and made me a drink I really liked. My only complaint is that I do like it very hot and didnt ask for that. I needed to update my review. I decided to go back to Scooters and get the white mocha blender again. It was a different time of day and I thought maybe my experience would be different, after all, I mentioned the first time, the drink was great the first time I ordered. I had a pleasant experience with a barista named Haley, she was very friendly with excellent customer service, that I've gone back everyday this week on my way home from dropping my kids off to school in the morning. I've even tried their cinnamon rolls which are delicious. I love that it's always warm and fresh. The Manager introduced herself to me this morning and apologized for my bad experience the first time, she read my review on Yelp. This is for the newly open warrensburg location. (Could not find it here or google) I order a medium blended mocha and a spicy sausage breakfast burrito...it was a little over 9.60... (little steep in my opinion but I wanted a good coffee) the blended mocha was very runny right off the bat..water like...a good blended drink has the consistency of a milkshake...the breakfast burrito was wrapped in thier paper..the burrito was partially fused to the paper...that was fun to pick apart while trying to eat a meal made for on-the-go...burrito was laughably small for the price..barely length of my hand..biting into over cooked tortilla shell was nasty..70% tortilla 30% of any actual contents...warrensburg scooter's if you keep this up you'll be out of business in a year. read more
