She recommended a tea because there was energy in there which I definitely needed given that I was heading to work and needed something to wake me up. She made me a tea and asked if there was a certain flavor I would want and I said I didn't really know/mind and she said she can just surprise me and make something good! and she did just that!! not sure what she made me but it was delicious!!!! I am a chocolate lover/ brownie lover so I knew I was going to go with the brownie batter shake! Both drinks together were $18 which is a little pricey but given the sizes and healthy ingredients in both, it makes sense. Overall, great service and great drinks. I recommend this nutrition/ smoothie/ tea place to anyone who is trying to lose weight/ gain weight/ maintain it but wants a delicious drink without all the unhealthy ingredients!

My drink was basically a chocolate protein shake heated up. Kinda funky protein flavor but thickish, well blended, and apparently with 30-something grams of protein in the approx 16oz drink. The pb chocolate balls were dense and pretty tasty. They must've had protein too as they were a bit chalky but not in a bad way. I left happy, figuring I'd paid maybe $6 for a protein drink and maybe $5 for the small pack of protein balls (sold in packs of 4 as a dessert without protein just next door at Hyvee for $4 lol). I got home. Checked my email. In it was a receipt for $25 from Rise Nutrition. WOW!!! I'm not only mad they don't post prices anywhere in their business but stunned and ticked I got taken for TWENTY FIVE dollars for a 16oz drink and tiny protein balls. I feel scammed. Outrageous. Highway robbery. If you're going to strong arm with exorbitant prices like that, at least don't hide it from me and let me decide what to blow my budget on!
