Additionally they are very reliable. At the end of each year they sell the rental bikes, so each season the bikes are top notch. They have plenty of different rental options, ranging from cruisers, which are perfect for the bike paths to high-end mountain bikes. Inside, they have a store with tons of bikes and other cycling apparel. In the winter, they transition to primarily selling skiing and snowboarding gear. Due to their consistently good customer service, availability, we are returning customers. If you're in the area and are looking to rent bikes I highly recommend 4 Seasons.

This was totally my mistake. I had set my mind up to not bike that day once I realized the error However Lara was so gracious and kind about my mistake. She immediately walked me over to the office and started trying to figure out what else we could do. She really want the extra mile and ended up coordinating bikes from the hotel, recommending a route since now we wouldn't have a guide, and offering to drive us up if we weren't able to catch the shuttle. There's no place I will rent a bike in Bend besides here thank you Cog Wild.

The main thing is to stay within a mile of the guide so you get a TON of freedom. They have you arrive an hour early but if everyone is there you roll right out so we ended up getting extra time. However when my daughter asked about the rock hard seat made more for a racer road bike, the man causally said that what they have for, "floor models" after 4 hours we headed back walking 1/3 of the way, jeezus never been so in pain on my Ischium. Both of us ! When we returned the bikes a day early cause we wanted to get rid of them. They asked how it was and I said yes it was a beautiful day and a great ride but we only enjoyed half of it.. he didn't remark and we were on our way. Wouldn't come to this bike rental again unless I had my own seat with me ready to go or my own bike and I was just going for repairs. I'm gonna spend the rest of my short vacation hobbling around with bruised bones.
