Within, I want to say the first 2 weeks of classes, it was found that I was originally overcharged for the summer tuition. No big deal. Mistakes happen. My daughter went to the first two weeks and loved it. She is 4 in a 5-7 class, and I had made sure ahead of time (August birthday, so she's always been the youngest) that this wouldn't be an issue. Week 3 comes around and there was a different teacher. Apparently, she had said something to my daughter in front of the other kids that she was too young for the class, and this really embarrassed her. I couldn't get her to go back after that. Which was super disappointing. Lauren (the owner) had called and honestly, she's amazing and if her staff handled things the way she did, I wouldn't be writing this review. I told her what happened, and she offered a refund because we weren't going to use 4/6 weeks I had prepaid for. Again, awesome. Still not worth a review in my opinion. What was too much for me was when after a week I hadn't seen a refund processed. I called and emailed. I was only sent a short email eventually saying, "we have processed your refund and here's your receipt." I said it never came through. Eventually, Paige said if I didn't get it by the next Monday to reach out. When I did, she sent me the same exact email. Not helpful at all. I followed back up because now I'm getting upset. I let a lot go and was thinking maybe it was a processing error of sorts. If I didn't work in accounting and meticulously check my statements, I would have never caught that. I finally got an email after being ignored over and over, saying they never processed the refund correctly. Now I'm upset. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but honestly, this all feels borderline fraudulent. Make sure you check your statements if you do business here.

The community that Dakota has created here is unmatched by any other studio I have ever been to. I took two tap classes, one beginning and one int/adv, the girls dancing in the int/adv class basically all knew each other but welcomed me in with open arms. In addition the pricing is sooo affordable! There is literally no excuse not to try this studio out!! You will not regret it! Happy dancing!!!!

They have classes based on pole tricks, workout, flexibility, handstands, men's club and exotic. My boyfriend and I do the tricks, workout and handstands together - it really is a good workout. You will leave their classes really sore, and you don't need to be flexible or coordinated to do it! If you saw us a year ago, we could not do ANY of the tricks they taught us and we are pretty good now. On the other hand with exotic classes, they are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone will wear their heels, sexier clothes (from just fitted shirts to fishnet tights) and they dim the lights for more ambiance. It's so fun and they go through part of dance routines step by step slowly and you can ask questions. At the end you have opportunity to record yourself for progress or just flow with the music. I recommend you try it at least once!

Great studio for advanced yogis…read more The space itself is beautiful. All of the teachers follow the same flow formula (at least with respect to the "groove" class offering that dominates the schedule) Starts out with yin or stretching... go through a warrior combo sequence... first slow, taking a few breaths in each pose, then following through it a few times. Quick break to do core then the flow again followed by a cool down. Class to class is verrrry similar which is nice for the structure but makes me feel like my practice isn't well rounded. I've been going to another studio just to make sure my practice involves more then the same 12 poses and pigeon. My favorite teach is Bryna. She has a wonderful personality and energy and is the least Formulaic. Kayla is also fantastic but usually only subs. I like and recommend David too, esp if you are newer. As far as I can tell, they don't do much in the way of adjustments or hands on so if you're looking for they you might be happier at namaspa.
