A while back, I had a frustrating experience with their mailroom my package sat untouched for a week, and communication felt nonexistent. Thankfully, things have changed. Recently, the staff has been far more responsive and helpful. Packages are processed quickly, and it's clear that the team is paying attention and taking their responsibilities seriously. Whatever changes they've made behind the scenes are working, and I appreciate the effort. I'm happy to say COCC has come a long way, and my experience now reflects a much more reliable and well‑run operation.

They have classes based on pole tricks, workout, flexibility, handstands, men's club and exotic. My boyfriend and I do the tricks, workout and handstands together - it really is a good workout. You will leave their classes really sore, and you don't need to be flexible or coordinated to do it! If you saw us a year ago, we could not do ANY of the tricks they taught us and we are pretty good now. On the other hand with exotic classes, they are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone will wear their heels, sexier clothes (from just fitted shirts to fishnet tights) and they dim the lights for more ambiance. It's so fun and they go through part of dance routines step by step slowly and you can ask questions. At the end you have opportunity to record yourself for progress or just flow with the music. The focus is on swim survival, not learning the back stroke. Children from ages 6 months (yes, 6 months!) to 6 years are taught to swim underwater with their eyes open, and float on their backs. He is patient and caring and genuinely cares about your kids. He tailors the lessons to each individual child and works with them to accomplish each goal. Her instructor, Aisha was just starting out in Kunia and was very good with children and patient since she's a mother herself. My daughter is now 3 years old, is in an advanced swimming class and loves swimming. The ISR class helped build her confidence not only in water, but in school and other areas of her development. My son is now 18 months and just started ISR again with Aisha. He's a much faster learner and really loves the water. We're already talking about getting a pool in the back yard soon!

I can absolutely say, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that I found it here, I feel SO at home here at Still Water! Shannon, the owner, is one of the best instructors I have ever taken a class with, and the amazing part is, that ALL of her instructors are amazing! Since she is a certified teacher trainer and certifies a lot of her teachers herself, there is an incredible amount of consistency at Still Water, no matter whose class you are taking that day. The dictation is so clear, and we are always given three levels to stop at, so we can practice at our own level, push ourselves if we want to, take it easy if that's what our body or soul needs that day, and there is never any judgement or criticism, only encouragement, positive vibes, and genuine love for every single person in the room, breathing together as one. I just got back from a retreat in Greece too, which Shannon herself ran from start to finish. It was AMAZING, I don't even know how to describe the high I'm on right now! We just got home (hubby and I went together), and I want to go back already, lol. Seriously though, the friendships and memories we made will last a lifetime, and I will never forget the moments we had laughing, crying (good tears), and practicing yoga in one of the most beautiful settings I've ever seen together. After doing a lot of research on local yoga…read morestudios in the area for myself, as well as the fitness & wellness retreat my husband and I run at Lake Tahoe, I was really impressed by this studio and the instructors' bios on their website. Shannon's bio in particular struck me, as I am a big fan of some of the yogis she has trained under and trained with. I reached out to her via email and got a quick response back. Right off the bat, she was very gracious and welcoming. A week or two later, my husband and I brought a small group (6 of us total) to practice yoga with Shannon at her Weekend Warrior class on a recent Sunday, and we all had a wonderful, blissful experience! Shannon is just as lovely and welcoming in person as she was through our correspondences via email. The Sunday class we took was the perfect blend of a challenging, invigorating, centering, calming, and inspiring Vinyasa class that I was looking for. Even the Savasana at the end of class was wonderful with all the extra attention to detail, head/shoulder mini massage, and the darkening of the room to create an extra tranquil, meditative environment for us.
