First, the customer service and loving nature of all the teachers is beyond comparable. Second, the loving and friendly nature of all the staff and dancers that permeates throughout the ballet company is top notch. From the very beginning my experience with everyone has been nothing but highly competent and professional. The atmosphere that surrounds my little 5 year old could not be more enjoyable and loving for her. I hope my daughter continues her path in ballet and grows up to become as caring, loving, and supportive as the other dancers in this company. It's truly a blessed experience for her.

The locker rooms are absolutely disgusting by the end of the day. They don't have male cleaners here. That means no one is cleaning the men's locker rooms all day. The classes posted on the doors don't match up to the classes online. They do not turn on the heat in the hallways. You go from the sauna to a freezing cold hallway. Feels like you're gonna get sick. This gym is basically a daycare center mixed with an old people's home. They are always having events and closing the pools. They close early without notice and the hours here are horrible. There are homeless people lurking in the parking lots and come into use the facilities. Things get stolen as well. I cannot wait for there to be real adult fitness club in bend. Because juniper is garbage.

This place is phenomenal. Full of do-gooders. Go-getters. Absolute champions of competency at their craft, and their craft is in high demand in the technological age. I've come into this business twice now, and both times I left feeling like I made the right decision going to these guys for help. A few months ago, I broke my 6 year old iPhone that I was too stubborn to replace. After they did a phenomenal job fixing it for me, I dropped it in the lake (my own fault) and it was clear it was time to just replace the device. I tried going to my phone carrier first (my phone carrier has 2 stores in bend. I have NEVER had a good experience at either of my own phone carrier's stores.) After wasting 2 hours in one of these said stores, I knew it was time to call in the big guns and just go to Mactek. Let me tell you I could have easily saved more than 2 hours of my life if i had just went to Mactek first. Colm greeted me the moment I walked in, I told him I need a new phone, gotta transfer some data from my old one that barely works, and he was more than helpful to all of my problems. He went so far above and beyond to make sure I was set up with my new phone, he even transferred my number/cellular data onto my new phone without me having to go back to my phone carrier store. I'm beyond impressed with this place and I'm about to tell everyone not just in central Oregon, but in the entire state of Oregon and beyond that this is the best Tec repair store in this time zone.
