I mean, how do you rate a self wash? I did an amazing job! 5 stars!…read more Ok. Seriously. I came in today for the first time to use the self serve station. At 115, 85, and 60lbs, my squad is just too big to bathe in the tub anymore. I brought my big buddy in first. The door was locked, so I rang the bell. Dee answered and walked me through everything, leaving me to wash but let me know where she would be if I needed any help. Each station has a gate, an opening in the tub for ease of entry & exit, aprons, hooks for leash/collar/purse, a hose with individual faucet so you can control the temp, and a dryer with 2 speeds. There are towels all over and you can use as many as you need, in addition to face wipes. You have to bring your own shampoo. When you're finished (take as much time as you need), just leave the sink the way it is, and the towels on the floor and they handle everything for you. I brought the big guy home and immediately returned with the other 2. Multi-dog discount! Absolutely worth the 3 mile drive and $$$. This is definitely going to be a place we visit frequently.
