We hired this company to service our neighborhood with bi-weekly pickups and weekly grounds walks…read morefor cleanup. At first, things seemed fine. But over time, the pickups became rare, and the weekly walks were simply ignored. The situation quickly became a serious problem. When we called to ask what was going on, they assured us we were an "important client" and promised to make it right. They came out, "serviced" the waste containers, but then left a large bag of dog waste sitting on the sidewalk. When questioned, they claimed we needed to provide a dumpster--something they had never mentioned before in two years of service. Despite their words, their actions showed we were not a priority. Communication between their customer service team and the crews doing the actual work was non-existent. The promises never matched the service delivered. After continued frustration, we ended the contract. Shortly afterward, we received an email from them saying we could no longer be serviced. Frankly, with the poor quality of work throughout the contract, it feels like we never really were. Bottom line: Customer service is not their priority. Promises were empty, communication was broken, and the service consistently fell short. Never again.

Their service has been sporadic and at times pickups get skipped resulting in overflowing bins for days or up to a week. As a community we should not being paying for a service that is not being met. If you are considering them, you may want to wait until there have there business problems resolved. Someone in the community today picked up dozens of bags left on the ground around the station and placed in a trash bag. This is not the responsibility of the residents. Please start picking up as scheduled.

Back in the summer sometimes a pile or two would be missed and that is perfectly understandable. In the past 4 or 5 visits they have done OK but missed a few piles. Today, as I watched on my Ring, they were here for just a few minutes, made a quick pass across the middle of the side and middle of the front yard , and were gone. They missed about 1/2 dozen piles as I walked my sidewalk and looked a foot from the edge of it. ...and that is without me walking the yard. It also saves $960/year minus about $50 for a good pooper scooper and bags that I am going to buy. The guy who called and handled my cancellation was absolutely great and super nice!

I've used this company for about a year and a half and have had a good experience with my dog's…read morededicated walker, but anytime a substitute walker is needed there seem to be issues. A decent example is when the substitute didn't have a key to my unit (a key which my dedicated walker has) and saw that the management office was closed (there is a sign on the door saying to push a call button to get in touch with someone from the management office), instead of calling my cell or my emergency contact, the walker just stayed in the lobby for the allotted walk time. This meant that my dog didn't get walked that day. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time so I write this review as a caution to anybody looking for pet walking services that while this company's dedicated walkers are great, they don't have the best customer service when your walker isn't available and at the price you're paying per walk, it's unacceptable that this type of incident has happened on multiple occasions.
