How fun!! Scoop Deville is nostalgic of an ice cream shop I used to visit when I was growing up. They have lots of flavor options, and style choices. Pints, malts, shakes, standard dish or cone, you name it! Service was fairly quick, temperature of the ice cream was pleasurable, and the environment was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would love to visit this establishment again! read more

Scoop Deville - Seating area - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Hartford, Wisconsin

Under the previous owner this was a great place! We went there today, only two staff (and I felt for them) basic signs of miss management! No more employee names on the hat, no more employees we knew, no management/owners present, ice freezer has never been this depleted. We finally left, with no ice cream. We where there the last day of the previous owners, before they retired. Change was all ready in the works, and not for the good. A year later and all we saw was owner miss management. read more

Great ice cream treats. So much to choose from and a great local spot on the main road in Hartford.

Earlier in the day, my daughter had a traumatic day at a school because of a lock-down and all she wanted that evening was ice cream. We to Hartford--arrived at Scoop Deville; didn't realize it was closed because there were at least 4 families still inside (I counted)-- two tables with people, someone at the counter, another someone standing PLUS at least three other staffers just standing around. It was 8:06. "We're closed," the kid behind the counter tells us. I said, "UGH! We tried DQ and they were closed, too! We just want a quick cone." To which the teenager replied, "Well. Guess this isn't your night." EXCUSE me? I'm telling you right now; I've been a business owner and if had a store with customers, and a small family walked inside and all they wanted was a cone that would take 2 minutes to serve -- I would serve them. It was six minutes past closing. I will NEVER go back to this place, and you can rest assured I'll be spreading the word. read more

Amazing ice cream shop in downtown Hartford, you will feel like you've stepped back in time! The owners are great supporters of the community and it is a great place for people of all ages. I've cream is always top notch, and they always have a sorbet or some sort of ice cream for those that cannot have milk products, which is always appreciated. They have a limited food menu, but what they do have is always good. My favorite items to order are the butter pecan in a waffle cone, or any of their sorbets. read more

In the heart of downtown Hartford, this place is an absolute gem! My husband and I stopped by after checking out the scenic tower at Holy Hill this past Sunday. :: First Impression :: This place is just darn cute! The diner-style decor and seating really makes you think you've time traveled back a few decades. The place was clean and well-lit with a lot of seating! :: Menu/Price :: In addition to in-house made ice cream, they've got soups, chilis and other snacks! Everything was reasonably priced and well worth it. :: Order :: My husband and I ordered the banana split (see picture) and we got to choose our own flavors; toasted coconut, maple walnut and chocolate. It was DELICIOUS! I honestly didn't think we could finish it but we devoured it in no time. :: Service :: You can tell everyone that works there loves what they do! Smiles all around! :) :: Other notes :: There's ample street parking too. read more

Somehow Scoop Deville keeps getting better and better. We are so lucky to have such an amazing shop in our hometown!

We've never had a bad experience here. Every time we've come, it's been busy, sometimes more than usual because we stop in during community events. The counter can get a bit confusing when it's so busy, but the staff does a good job of juggling it for their age. The selection is always changing, and they are sure to have a couple that you would never come across at a chain ice cream spot. We noticed the last time we were in that there are dog ice cream treats available. The seemed ab it pricey at first, but they are huge and could easily last 2-4 nights! My pups approved! read more

They have food too! Simple stuff like sandwiches, Mac and cheese, etc but a great lunch + treat stop for kids, parents, and everyone else.
