However, they were happy to take it back and work on it free of charge until properly working. Make sure to get an estimate! Otherwise it'll be very costly and you'll not know it until you show up. I didn't have a lot of hope but decided I didn't have too much to lose except another bill. Well John and Kim found the problem within one week, tested the van over another week and it's now running like a Swiss Watch. The bill was very very reasonable and we couldn't be more happy. We contacted Sumas auto glass as they were on our way back to the states and I would rather get a chip fixed than have to get another windshield replaced. The folks at Sumas were friendly, knowledgeable, fast and fair. They let us know that they couldn't properly seal the chip due to size and depth and so they didn't charge us for the service.
