Out of frustration I said "cancel it " Well I had already requested a day off for the day of the appointment so I still went in (with my insurance info) just to check and they said they canceled my appointment because I REFUSED to provide my insurance when they called me lol So disappointing! Conservative oral surgeon and I don't mean conservative in terms of politics…read more Visited for a consult because my general dentist suggested I remove my wisdom teeth but Dr. Lambert suggested I wait a little longer when there is a valid reason to pull the tooth since I didn't have a cavity on the tooth. General dentist thought my teeth gums weren't as healthy as it should be but oral surgeon said teeth looked fine and gums were fine. Wisdom teeth these days seem to be such an easy casualty to dentistry with most dentist but Dr. Lambert doesn't feel that way. He seems to only want to pull teeth that really need to be pulled hence his conservative approach to dentistry. He could easily line his pockets with fees from pulling every tooth that came through his office but he seems genuinely more concerned about patient overall oral health than making a quick buck on an extraction. Office staff was superb, polite and nice. Overall experience was great for me.

I think i paid $400 the first visit and thats all i was told i owe for the whole procedure. Then a couple weeks go by and i get a phone call that i owe another $400. I was like whaaat?? But i paid over the phone. Something in me told me this is wrong. How could they be off that much? So i did some investigating and called my insurance co. Turns out.... Dr druces staff calculated it wrong. It was most likely an innocent mistake.. When Dr. Miller came in, she took a look at a bump on my tongue that I was told was a fibroma for three years. She felt the best thing we should do is to have it removed and biopsy it. She was very thorough in her explanation of what the process looks like, she addressed all of my fears and concerns, I felt very cared for. She made me feel seen, understood, and important.
