Then the nurse had the audacity to ask my teen "so are you like paralyzed" as my daughter transferred to her wheelchair. Extremely rude to ask someone that when you have the medical history and you see she is obviously not paralyzed. Definitely treated my daughter different due to her disability, and all because she uses a wheelchair. I would never recommend him again. Shame on him and his office.

Conservative oral surgeon and I don't mean conservative in terms of politics…read more Visited for a consult because my general dentist suggested I remove my wisdom teeth but Dr. Lambert suggested I wait a little longer when there is a valid reason to pull the tooth since I didn't have a cavity on the tooth. General dentist thought my teeth gums weren't as healthy as it should be but oral surgeon said teeth looked fine and gums were fine. Wisdom teeth these days seem to be such an easy casualty to dentistry with most dentist but Dr. Lambert doesn't feel that way. He seems to only want to pull teeth that really need to be pulled hence his conservative approach to dentistry. He could easily line his pockets with fees from pulling every tooth that came through his office but he seems genuinely more concerned about patient overall oral health than making a quick buck on an extraction. Office staff was superb, polite and nice. Overall experience was great for me.

I had a concern about how i was healing and dr druce invited me over with no appt and checked out my concern. He said i was healing well. I knocked down from 5 stars to 4 because of his staff. They were all actually really pleasant in person and over the phone. The only problem was the staff handling my bill. Before the procedure, they give you an estimate on how much i owe. I think i paid $400 the first visit and thats all i was told i owe for the whole procedure. Then a couple weeks go by and i get a phone call that i owe another $400. I was like whaaat?? But i paid over the phone. Something in me told me this is wrong. How could they be off that much? So i did some investigating and called my insurance co. Turns out.... Dr druces staff calculated it wrong. It was most likely an innocent mistake.. And they owned up to their mistake and refunded me right away but i could have lost a lot of money for nothing if i trusted them (which i dont now). Be careful!

He was very rude and dismissive to my 23 yr old daughter when she was in his chair having 3 wisdom tooth extractions that had grown into the bone. She was told by Dr Druce at the consultation & paid upfront to be under complete sedation during the extractions and was told she would wake up after it was over. This was not the case at all, dr Druce only gave her a mild sedative. He only extracted 1 tooth because my daughter was awake and felt everything during the extraction and when he had to cut into her bone Dr. He told her to go to another oral surgeon to get the other 2 extractions without a clear explanation.
