It has been a while since I have seen a dentist. Visiting the dentist with no insurance can be very expensive and depending on what kind of work is being done. Beth, was the first point of contact when calling in to schedule an appointment. Talk about professionalism and walking you through the process over the phone. They scheduled us in for a dental cleaning, X-rays and an exam with Dr. Mistry the next week. The dental cleaning was a great experience. Michelle the dental hygienist took her time on my teeth and as well as did the x-rays. Dr. Mistry was very through with her exam and was upfront and open if I needed any work done on my teeth. They did not try to sell and upsell you stuff. Only had two occlusions that needed to be filled and keep them posted if any pain with the tooth that had root canal done many moons ago. Usually, with professional services as well as restaurants they look down on you when you use a groupon. But this office treated you just like any other patient. Love it!

In My eyes that is amazing customer service and I was and continue to be impressed. I was there 1 hour 15 minutes, never got my cleaning and only got my x rays done. I was then charged a co pay for a service I never fully received which I think was unfair on their end... it wasn't a good first impression for me so I sadly won't be back for my cleaning. Also, an assistant came in the room and gave me a bag of items (electric tooth brush, water flosser, and medicated mouthwash... which averaged out to $199) I asked was it free and she said no they charged for it on your initial bill. Something that I definitely do not recall purchasing during my first visit. They charge you for what they want to charge you for. They're also stalling on giving me a refund, for what reason. I don't not know. They also plan for extracting teeth that clearly has not damage. As a business, the need to do better. BTW I'm sure that the refunds, that I should be receiving, amounts to over $1,000.
