Today the girl arrived 1/2 an hour late. We all stood around outside in the heat, missing work. The girl never even said she was sorry she was late. It is OK to call but they take the in-person people 1st. If you do try to call they never have any open slots. Driving must be finished 6 months after starting the course. I know a person who is almost at the 6 months and can't get any driving times. They call, can't go in person, and everything is booked. People waiting in line told stories of driving times canceled but not being told. Double booking driving times and so 2 kids were sent away. Nothing good was said while we waited in the heat outside.

I was hesitate based on what I read. However, this school is top notch! It's unfortunate that a few people have commented not so positive statements regarding this school. GUITAR CENTER makes it affordable and easy. Their prices are the same as the competition... More importantly, they trust you for 45 DAYS to test your new keyboard. I went through several purchases until I settled on one. Can you imagine the shipping costs I would have endured to return several online purchases? By now return shipping would have equaled the price of the keyboard... BUT GUITAR CENTER never charged me for restocking... not one cent, ever. Now more about the Motto to my story... I am talking about the best store manager ... His name ironically is Andy Motto. Andy Motto's interest, professionalism, and patience with me made it all happen successfully. He has been with me on my journey that started one year ago... For example, my recent purchase in February 2025 had a couple of bad keys. Andy correctly ordered a replacement which arrived in 10 days, but it was a lesser model. Back it went... with another reorder... yes ... that too from the warehouse was the same lesser model. So...
