They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. IDIOTS! I gave…read morethem detailed directions of where my car was and were it was going and I asked if they could tow it even if I wasn't with the car, they said yes. I sent them an email with all the details included, again, (the address of where it was, the address where it was going, the direction it faced (north) and exact location it was parked on the street (driveway behind it, no car in front of it), the color of the car, the license plate number, etc.) I gave them my cell number, and the tow guy ended up called me 5 times! This was a problem because I was at work and I see patients, so I had to keep leaving the room (now their bad customer service was becoming bad customer service on my end!!). First he called to say he was running late, ok, I'm there so it doesn't matter. Then he said he had no idea I wouldn't be there and he wasn't sure that was ok. Then he called again because was lost, then another call to say he has to charge me $247 to tow it 22 blocks, because it is parked "close to the curb" (it's the law to park close to the curb!) and it had the emergency brake on (that's what you are supposed to do when you park on an incline!). I would be charged "standard" towing plus a dolly fee (for the E brake) and a wench fee (for the close to the curb "issue"). Then he called again to say he had towed it to the address I gave them and there was just a house there...the dispatcher had given him the wrong address (which had had gotten twice from me, once verbally and once in writing). So, the guy was 10 blocks out of his way. Then he called again to let me know he had finally gotten it to the location. And the last call was to let me know my inflated bill was in the glove compartment. HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED BY ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE PEOPLE! IF NO STARS WERE AN OPTION THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ZERO FROM ME!
