Before my party, Georgii helped me plan the drink menu and figure out exactly what I needed to purchase, which made preparing for an event with 50+ guests so much easier. During the party, he did a fantastic job behind the bar, and everyone was very happy with their drinks. I also needed two additional party helpers, which Georgii arranged. They arrived professionally dressed, ready to work, and were truly an extra set of hands throughout the event. They followed my direction, anticipated what needed to be done, and made hosting a large party significantly easier. After working with Georgii twice, I can confidently recommend him. He is dependable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helps take the stress out of hosting a large event. I will absolutely use his services again!

Positives: the classic old time speakeasy location inside Wilson & Wilson; instructor's enthusiasm and knowledge; emphasis on using quality homemade ingredients. Cons (see below; I need more room for this): Class size - the class was overflowing with every seat taken. I counted 22 people. With only one instructor, there was no time for interaction. Basic, basic, basic - we made 3 drinks. Old Fashioned, Margarita, Martini. Except for the selection of interesting quality ingredients, and some technique tips, these 3 cocktails are just about as basic as you can get. I've made far more adventurous cocktails at home. A Brief History of Cocktails (that wasn't brief at all) - The instructor went on and on and on with a Power Point that would have been interesting if it was broken up into sections and shortened considerably. After we made our first cocktail, the instructor spoke for almost an hour. Really poor pacing that ruined the class for me. Tools of the trade - I expected to hear about the tools that everyone should have in their home bar, but this was not covered well at all. If you've never ever made a cocktail at home, I could recommend taking this class. For anyone else, it will feel like you wasted $100. Except that the 3 cocktails you just made were really excellent, so it will probably feel like you drank a $33 Old Fashioned, $33 margarita, and a $33 martini. Don't forget to leave that extra $1 on the bar.

There were lots of staff on hand, so things got a little better when we got split up into groups, but even then not every group got the same experience, for example, we missed out on a lot of the liquid nitrogen stuff. For the price, I would have expected better prep and organization. To me it seemed like a lot of the staff/bartenders on hand where there to learn too, and it was the first time doing this stuff for them too. On the bright side, the staff were very helpful when we asked questions, and genuinely interested in passing on knowledge. Just very disorganised.

My husband and I love breakfast foods, and we wanted to serve brunch themed appetizers for our wedding. Knight's was able to create fun, yet sophisticated, cocktail appetizers for our guests- toasted waffle strips with a bourbon maple mousse & cayenne candied bacon, biscuit & gravy cups, and smoked salmon with cream cheese on toast. (SO. FREAKING. GOOD) We are still hearing wonderful reviews from our wedding guests regarding how exceptional the food was. They served it promptly (which is a big deal when you are feeding over a hundred people), and they were all friendly and professional! Being the Bride and the Groom, it is sometimes hard to find the time to eat, but Knight's made sure food (and drinks!) were provided to us throughout our busy schedule. Not only was the food great, but their communication prior to the big day was impeccable. Any question I had was answered promptly via email, and they made sure to keep in contact with me for several months prior to the wedding. (They also helped make suggestions regarding the the best linens to go with our theme/colors- which was a HUGE help, especially after browsing through hundreds). All in all, having Knight's cater our wedding was the BEST DECISION we made for our wedding. Thank you Knight's!!!

Planning before we met Monaique was chaos, but hiring her gave us confidence that our big day would be everything we dreamed about. She is very responsive, whenever you text or call her, you will get the response really quickly. Even though we thought we had most things planned, and we hired her only two months before our wedding, she provided so many valuable ideas and helped us with so many things that we did not know we left out. To name a few things we certainly appreciated: - Make multiple copies of the seating chart so guests know where to go and don't need to all crowd around one sign - You can always walk slower during your ceremony, and your guests want you to anyway - We didn't have a garter and she went out of her way to get one for us at the last minute It was a day we'll remember forever and we're so grateful Monaique helped make it happen!
