Then when the food came, it didn't come coursed out at all. The mains came before the shared appetizers. The oysters came out midway through our meal. It was all just kind of a mess. I ordered a burger medium and it was mostly pink through the entire burger and had little to no salt in it - there was no flavor! The fries I asked for crispy and they were just not soggy but hardly crisped. All around, the food was lackluster and the service was disappointing.

The wedding I went to had the wedding upstairs. It has an area for hor dourves, bar, and a cute little outdoor patio area to hang out. The dining area is great for a buffet set up or formal sit down dining. The ballroom area is downstairs. The chapel is right next door which makes it easy for guest to walk to. For dressing area, there is a large room in both places. Parking is across the street.

Planning a wedding is a lot of work and both my hubby aren't super type A so we wanted a team that could handle most of the work for us. We found this venue 7 months before we got married and there were barely any Friday and Saturdays left, showing how popular this venue is. We selected the Wedgewood premier package and were happy with most of the vendors. One thing I'd like to point out is there are couple things that are not included in the all inclusive price that we thought were inclusive which is not a big deal but it's nice to know up front to better plan / budget. The items that were not included were most flower items, photographer. We also had to make our own guest book, welcome sign, bar sign. My hubby and I found these homework assignments brought us closer together as we still got to participate and make things for our wedding but not as much if we were to plan the whole thing ourselves. One fun thing that we did was having lion dancers enter into the reception with us. We got a 20% discount through Wedgewood. Guests thought that was dope. They charge $5 an hour for Wifi (or $25 a day), which I think is totally reasonable since there is unlimited coffee included, and I'd probably pay that or more at a coffee shop anyway. They have tons of outlets, and even offer chargers, mouse, keyboard, monitors if needed. If you are here during lunch time, there is a ton of great restaurants nearby to eat at or pick up food to eat while you work. I have a dog, and it's nice that they are super dog friendly! They even have an outdoor space in the back, but I typically sit inside with my dog. I am so happy that a place like Neon exists!!

Even though I wasn't able to make it on the originally scheduled day, Teddy went above and beyond and came in on a day when the space was already booked for an event and very busy. He helped me get everything done quickly and efficiently. This was also around the holidays, so I'm especially grateful for the extra effort. NEON is a co-working space, but it has such a friendly, down-to-earth vibe. I really appreciate their flexible pricing model. You can pay for a day pass ($25) or by the hour ($5), which makes it affordable without feeling locked into a subscription you have to constantly justify. I'll definitely be coming back to do work here more often, meet people, and enjoy the amenities. There's even an outdoor space, which is a great bonus. First of all, the lot is a "beer & spirits garden" and offers tasty and interesting beers, mixed drinks, and a mixture of your favorite wines for affordable prices! Most notably, their Moscow mule and Alaskan Great White are so refreshing and offer something different than your regular drink fare. The overall venue is not too big, but has open seating and has a great ambiance and set up to it. Top that off with the nice staff and servers, I hope the lot can be open more times during the year. Also, it's pretty rad you can bring your own food and they sometimes give free ice cream and pop corn depending on the weekend!

As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more. There are so many fairs in the city, but the vendors here are ones that I haven't seen anywhere else. So check out their insta or their website for dates to their upcoming fairs.

So upstairs about 2 floors and vendors are scattered so it's like a hunt for them, almost like a needle in haystack. Lol Well it's not that hard as you won't miss anyone. The vendors that were there were a nice mix from tea, cheese, spices, India coffee , Turkish spreads, ice cream, giant cookies, healthy drinks, spreads, and I am sure you will find something you will enjoy. I don't normally buy stuff, but the honey , red beet, 2004 sweet land Bingdao $95 brick tea that is aged 21 years that can make 175 tea servings for $95, Il Fiorello basalmic vinegar was thick and smooth great texture and syrupy taste very captivating and Taste of Levant tahini and their chocolate jar of molasses was excellent and I had to buy them. However, I do know the struggles of setting up an entire picnic on your own (I did it two years ago for her birthday) and all the stress associated with it. Our picnic and Co made it so EASY and it was so beautiful! I scheduled it for 11:00 (the set up was ready by 9:45 as I had asked if I could drop food off) and it was held at Lindley Meadow in Golden Gate Park. I didn't end up leaving any of my food/items at the picnic place (as I had to leave to pick up my friend to surprise her!) as the picnic was unattended - and you know ever know with this city - so I ended up taking my things back with me to the car. My friend loved the set up - and so did so many strangers!! We got so many compliments on the set up that someone passing by told us that she should take a photo for us and she did! 10/10 amazing!
