First of all, the lot is a "beer & spirits garden" and offers tasty and interesting beers, mixed drinks, and a mixture of your favorite wines for affordable prices! Most notably, their Moscow mule and Alaskan Great White are so refreshing and offer something different than your regular drink fare. The overall venue is not too big, but has open seating and has a great ambiance and set up to it. Top that off with the nice staff and servers, I hope the lot can be open more times during the year. I recently went to their February artisan food fairs, and bought some delicious food products. They had a variety of food vendors: hot sauces, honey, dips, cookies, teas, and more. As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more. There are so many fairs in the city, but the vendors here are ones that I haven't seen anywhere else. So check out their insta or their website for dates to their upcoming fairs.

I didn't end up leaving any of my food/items at the picnic place (as I had to leave to pick up my friend to surprise her!) as the picnic was unattended - and you know ever know with this city - so I ended up taking my things back with me to the car.
