Tim came out on a Saturday morning - showed up exactly when he said he would be there - and within minutes had successfully diagnosed the problem. Staring down a 50 foot well, you could see that something was clearly wrong with the pump - it was churning the well with such severity it looked like a large boiling cauldron. Tim pulled the pump up and showed me where the failure occurred (a split in the line at the top of the pump). Tim showed me the plate on the old well pump (one in continual service for 26 years!) and recommended a replacement. In less than 2 hours from when Bronner Well Pump Services showed up, we were back up and running with a brand new pump. Thank you Tim! Rarely do you find a vendor who is as fast, friendly, and willing to explain the whole process to you - answering every question thoroughly and with a smile. We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us.
