Want to thank Matt, Kevin, Chris, Eddie, Natali and Ryan. The entire crew was a delight to work with. Our project turned out beautifully and we are very pleased with the transformation of our home. From the initial meeting to discuss our plans to the 3D rendering, the process was amazing. Matt and Kevin were so knowledgeable with Calvert County codes and regulations and offered a wonderful rendering to address the codes and safety! The price was fair and we plan on making them our go-to for our quoted project and many more projects! We love that they gave us a fair price upfront and didn't bargain with us once we said we could not do the project at that time. We asked several friends who each have successful landscape companies in different states and they confirmed the quote we received from Lawn Artist was very fair. We gave Kevin and Matt several inspiration pictures and the rendering we received more than met our expectations so much so that we are putting off saving for a needed kitchen renovation to save for this project instead. Kevin was very understanding and did not make us feel bad for not having the budget to do the project right away and even gave us a great option to do the project in stages fit into our budget! We can't wait to start! By far the best company we received a quote from out of the 5 we contacted!

I can not say enough good things about this company. From the start, we were greeted by a kind and…read moreprofessional receptionist who answered our call for the free home estimates they offer. In less than 24 hours, the OWNER came out to inspect our roof. We were floored! It wasn't a front line employee, but the actual business owner who says he reviews every estimate before it reaches the client to ensure that it has his seal of approval. When Bob arrived, he was warm and mild mannered...not a pushy salesman, lazy technician, or sketchy contractor trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He took the time to explain his assessment in detail, without being overly technical, but expressed the professionalism one would expect with such a huge investment. When he followed up with us, the report clearly reflected an honest appraisal and his integrity could not be outdone by ANY of the other roofing specialist that we received estimates from (one should always shop around for this very reason). As with anything, you get what you pay for. RRH Associates is fair in price, but yet you are treated as if you were spending twice as much because they truly care about the client and take pride in their reputation and quality work. If all owners/managers/directors took as much care, diligence, and attention to detail as this company, I truly believe that home owners wouldn't have to fear and be as skeptical to the magnitude that we have become over hearing such horror stories from others. I am so grateful for the service they provided to us and I hope that others will trust their homes to this outstanding company!
