They're a couple minutes from Great Mills road where shootings happen weekly and stabbings occur monthly at these apartments. I lived there for one year and the amount of drug use and noise happening at night around the premises was out of control. The interior of the apartments look nice but are delicate and will fall apart. The walls are painted with such cheap paint that anything touching them will leave a mark. The garbage disposal will break day one and cause your sink to clog every day. Also, they spray the grass with a harsh chemical that will hurt your pets and kids. They will say internet is included in your rent, it isn't. They don't charge a security deposit so they can charge thousands when you leave. They say its to replace carpets but thats a lie, because the carpets when I moved in smelled like cigarettes. So obviously they don't replace them. And after your first year, they will try to increase your rent to almost 3k per month...so don't plan on living her longer than one year. Stay away!

Jim at the Pro desk helped me and he is truly fantastic. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. I couldn't find a Kitchen sink that I liked, didn't want stainless steel. Talked to my sister and she found a beautiful one on Lowes's website. So I made 2 trips, 2 days in a row. Jim ordered me the sink I wanted and UPS will deliver it to my condo and I can track the delivery. Everthing was reasonable and quality. He has such a wonderful demeaner. I also met Jazzalyn (Jazz) a wonderful young lady at returns. So polite and helpful. I asked her who could I talk to about what I need to replace the stuff in my condo. Very polite and helpful. Went out to the nursery and talked with Diana. Because of all the trees, my deck doesn't get much light and I wanted flowering plants that didn't need a lot of sun. She was so helpful! The 10% discount was the selling factor. I bought the blower but didn't pay attention to the discount at check out. I returned later to point out the error, but was told that it was not included on sale items. The blower was not on sale as verified by the manager. The register had a false sale attached to the item. when the "sale" was removed from the register and the retail price was wrung up, it would allow the 10% discount. However, I was then told that Echo products were not included or qualified for the 10% discount. I couldn't return the item because of the stores policy of no returns or refunds for gas powered equipment. I specifically requested the 10% discount at check out and showed my military ID. Nothing was ever said that Echo products didn't qualify for the discount. I guess I learned my lesson and won't shop at this store in the future.
