So, regardless if you are on the ground floor or three stories high you will get their rate of $199 versus $149. Not bad either way. I appreciated the photos before and after. I am sure that drying times will reduce significantly with this being completed. I will recommend them to neighbors and my friends.

Absolutely horrible experience with Clean Flow. They came out to repair the starter on our gas…read morefireplace and said the unit needed cleaning. After servicing it, they failed to put the logs back correctly and left the flue closed. Within hours, soot blew throughout our entire house. Black soot covered walls, ceilings, upholstery, linens, and furniture in nearly every room. The damage was catastrophic. We had to go through our homeowners insurance because the cleanup costs exceeded $60,000. The restoration required professional soot remediation, sealing and repainting walls, cleaning all upholstery and fabrics, and extensive cleaning throughout the entire home. What made this even worse was the company's response afterward. They would not provide the business owner's information or their business insurance information, and they took absolutely no responsibility for the damage caused by their work. We were left to handle the nightmare ourselves.

Both systems were functioning just fine, EXCEPT for some reason after the technician left the Honeywell Provison Series 8000 thermostat started to malfunction. The next day it just went blank. (Hmmm.....coincidence or causation?....just saying) The technician came back and said the thermostat was defective and he could change it out then and there as he had one ($590) in his truck. I figured it was under warranty so why not and the technician said I would "get my money back, well most of it". RED FLAG - I should have asked for an explanation. So my card was charged for $590. The office just called and said they credited back to my card $343! and they pocketed $247!! (for "shipping and labor"). So be wary and very careful if you have hired them, but if you are not locked into a Maintenance Agreement I suggest you call another HVAC company.

From speaking with the office staff to field they were always courteous and focus on customer satisfaction. First time out a year ago to perform some routine service on an old carrier infinity series unit, made some simple repairs and we were up and running in short time. While they were out service tech suggested thinking about replacement in the future as unit was 16 years old. Requested an estimate to replace, Eric came out and did a site survey and provide a proposal to replace unit. Fast forward to year later the unit was under high stress due to prolong heat wave. Eric stuck by the proposal he gave me a year earlier and the crew was out in quick time to replace. Not a typical project as it involved a crane to get condenser unit to the roof of a four story building. The install team were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Performed the work at a high quality level and were done in a day.

Side note: The wife was happy to come home to vacuumed steps and hallway.....I took the credit for it even tho Rob had my house looking cleaner than before he arrived. No shame in my game. It's like getting a match on a dating app, only this time the person actually shows up and fixes the problem instead of ghosting you. The first visit didn't clear the clog, but the next day another technician came out and patiently explained everything. Both were courteous, on time, and really knew their stuff.
