I contacted Boothe's and they came out to analyze the old hot water heater. I was initially skeptical because of the cost. They offered several discounts which reduced the price but I was still unsure. I contacted another plumbing company and then decided to go with Boothe's. My Tech Khalil was extremely professional, patient and answered all of my questions. He even repaired a default caused by the builder. I would highly recommend Boothe's.

There are many companies which deliver gas, none have the integrity of Taylor Gas…read more After we bought our house we discovered the gauge on our gas tank was broken. We called a few companies and the staff at Taylor Gas were the most professional and accommodating. They came on time and gave us the best price on replacement and the new gauge has worked great. This year while we were expanding our driveway the Taylor Gas truck drove over our two inch pavers which cracked. The owner of Taylor Gas came out to our house, looked at the cracked pavers and said his company was responsible for the damage (the way they cracked showed it was from a heavy truck with dual rear tires). I had our handyman replace the pavers and Taylor Gas promptly issued a check to pay for the pavers and the labor to replace them. No hassles, no arguing, this company is a homeowners dream.

Both systems were functioning just fine, EXCEPT for some reason after the technician left the Honeywell Provison Series 8000 thermostat started to malfunction. The next day it just went blank. I figured it was under warranty so why not and the technician said I would "get my money back, well most of it". RED FLAG - I should have asked for an explanation. So my card was charged for $590. The office just called and said they credited back to my card $343! and they pocketed $247!! (for "shipping and labor"). So be wary and very careful if you have hired them, but if you are not locked into a Maintenance Agreement I suggest you call another HVAC company.
