We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled. But until then, overall we have good experience right from the start.

We also inquired about a water softener at the time, but the technician said we should wait until the well is complete to see if it is needed. They easily could have upcharged us right from the get-go, but wanted to ensure we needed it. After the well we did decide to add a softener, but I still appreciate their honesty and not trying to just make a quick upsale. We have called them back and are adding a hand pump. We would definitely work with the company again. They have always answered the phone for questions (including on what to do when I forgot to add salt). They are just good people.
