    Schofield Barracks PX FOOD COURT

Absolutely large complex! Variety of local vendors are there besides the PX that are very nice one. There was a table selling reflectors that caught my eye. I've bought it out of curiosity and price was affordable. It was my first experience shopping there. They now have self checkouts rather than waiting in long queue. I'm hoping to go there again soon to shop.

Sure, this place is no Ala Moana, or even a Target for that matter, but it's a good place to go if you need to grab a few things and don't want to go far from base. You can find anything under the sun in the Exchange, from TVs, to wine, to clothes, to diapers... I mean it really is a one-stop shop kind of deal. But beware- the prices aren't always lower than off base. The only pro is there is no sales tax. There are tons of places to eat here if you are looking for a bite, including the new Pizza Hut. I'd caution against going to the Starbucks if you can help it. They're frequently out of things (even good ole' regular coffee) and they charge for a splash of cold soy whereas traditional Starbucks stores do not. Plus, most days the customer service is lacking and the line is a mile long!

I've been to better but it's decent. Best looking thing on this crappy post, to be honest.

This will be about the gift shop just inside the px - I typically do not like this px at all, but one place worth stopping at in there is the gift shop. They recently started selling bottle city hydro flasks (at good prices too!) I had just purchased two earlier in the week and had gone back to get flip top lids, only to see a sign stating they just started a promotion, but any flask get a free flip top. I was a bit bummed that I missed it and would have to purchase two of them.... So I asked the owner about it and not only was this man so kind and professional, he let me have them for free! Now I never expect things like this, but it was just so nice of him! My kids are begging for their own flasks so when I'm ready to purchase them I will only be getting them from this man You, good sir, just got yourself three more flask sales, three more lids AND three engravings because- let's face it- kids leave crap everywhere Highly recommend.

I had no clue where their center stage was. I checked online and the map/directory didn't have the information either. For future reference, this specific event was held near the Mililani Barber Shop. The person in the "Cotton the Bunny" suit must've been suffering in there because the bunny hardly moved from the chair, barely turned its head and couldn't be bothered to interact with people, let alone wave hello or goodbye. We lined up for their Easter egg hunt which was divided via age groups. We followed the leader to another area of the shopping center and were instructed to visit each shop that had a specific symbol displayed in the storefront. Many businesses were generally too busy with regular, paying customers to be bothered by the event goers (which is understandable). However, we visited a salon that went all out and placed eggs all over their establishment. (If I'm not mistaken, I believe it was LUXE Salon). They set time limits and had a set number of kids enter for each "session." So awesome! There was a very long line for the pony ride and we were cut off when we were almost to the front of the line. How disappointing, but no bother! The petting zoo had bunnies, chickens, goats and even a pig! Also, there was an area where kids could go into the fenced section to pet the chickens. All in all a great time! Highly recommend this event!

Great location, horrible supply…read more I've debated on giving this review multiple times because I try not to be negative. However, there have been multiple attempts to give this shoppette the benefit of the doubt. Each time, they only get worse. Therefore, it's truthful to say this is the worst shoppette on Schofield and the worst I've ever been to. The reason's why it is horrible are the following: 1. They NEVER have cold Gatorades or Water. The ones in the fridge or room temperature. When asked about this to the manager (after many visits with this same result) he just replied, "We are a busy store and it's hard to keep up with the demand. However, if you go into their walk-in cooler there are pallets of Gatorades and water that could be put on the shelf if the staff were directed to do so. 2. The hotdogs are never ready, plus the buns are always "hidden" to where you have to go find them. 3. There are no directional lanes for the traffic, like at the Foote Gate shoppette. Therefore, many people will get gas in all different directions, run inside while leaving their car there making the wait longer. There are other points, such as the shelves are rarely stocked with non-refrigerated items. Overall though, the customer service here is difficult and if you're looking for something specific and convenient it's probably not stocked. Drive the extra distance to somewhere else.

I got here around 1215 pm n mustve hit the lunch crowd because every pump was in use and had lines. The other shoppette does have lines, but moved alot more smoothly, even with the larger crowd.. Didnt expect much though because this is a significantly smaller facility vs the main shoppette. Staff was nice and the facility, for the most part, wa clean. For the size, this shoppette was well stocked. All in all, just an average facility. Big parking lot for the size of the facility. Should've made that area the gas pumps, which could've doubled the amount of gas pumps.. Which i'm sure would be ideal for the users in the bldgs and barracks near by

Im super sad to leave a bad review because I do enjoy the drinks here and it is in a convenient…read morelocation. But management genuinely needs to make big changes to improve their service. I've been here over multiple times now and each time I leave feeling weird. A month ago I went in and I ordered a Matcha, the couple after me also ordered a matcha and when a matcha was called (my order) I was walking up to the counter but the couple grabbed the matcha and another drink they ordered. So I assumed maybe that was theirs and didn't want to correct them, (it shouldn't be the customers responsibility anyways) but then they realised that it was the wrong drink, after they already put a lid and a straw in it, and told the worker. I thought they would remake the drink... no she took the lid off and placed it right back on the counter and called the drink out again like nothing happened. I was actually so shocked but I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I left. Another time, I wanted to give them another chance, it was fairly busy which is no big deal but I came in with two other people and their drinks came out at a reasonable time. Where I was still waiting for about 20 minutes (I genuinely wish I was making it up) so I went to go ask about the status, and my drink was all mixed up and at the end of the line of everyone that was behind me. It also seemed like there was a new girl on the register because she did not know anything on the menu, I asked if they had soy milk (which I have ordered before) and she said super rudely "we don't have soy milk" and I was like "oh sorry I ordered it last time" and she was like "yea no we've never had soy milk"... okay I guess I was just imagining it. In all honesty, management needs to to seriously consider a name system or numbers, because to have this happen twice to me (Which I asked other people and the similar problems also occurred) it's just crazy, everyone lacks accountability and ownership entirely. All the workers seem like it's their first day on Earth. Whats happening to customer service these days... Trust me I understand and give a lot of grace as someone who's been in customer service jobs and a manager of a cafe. But it's very obvious the owners don't care.

Making Longs a part of our list…read more.. Shopping at Longs does have it's benefits as the insanely long receipts filled with various coupons does feels quite wasteful as we go green I try to view it on the app though that instant gratification is so rewarding. Since we were in the area and Nadine had some items on her list I though coming to this location would be best since it was just blocks away. What she also had was some of those deals and each has it's own set of conditions which we can easily figure out to make it work to the best deal. Shopping here is nice and it was a good sized store which was very clean and organized for easy browsing and it wasn't crazy busy even on a Sunday morning. Parking is just as easy with lot full of choices and with nice and friendly staff this location has been quite refreshing and a convenient stop whenever I'm in the area. Thank you!

I loved working with Long's for my pharmaceutical needs. There seems to be newer technicians, which…read moreis cool! However, today I called to confirm a dosage change with my medication and told the tech how my insurance said to run it. She put me on hold and came back on to tell me my insurance approved it and what the cost would be. I got a text saying my medication was ready. I sent my husband to pick it up, but when he came home, it was still the lower dosage. I went in person to talk face to face and the pharmacist said that the technician told her she confirmed with me the lower dosage over the phone. That was funny to me because I literally told the tech I was calling for a dosage change that needed to be rerun through my insurance in the process in which my insurance rep told me. Nevertheless, by law I couldn't return the medication which did make me a little frustrated. However, what really set me off is the technician NOT taking accountability. I walked off and told the pharmacist please tell her not to lie! I understand working for a corporate pharmacy may make you want to fib to keep your job, but I wish they could be a little more helpful. The pharmacist said "we could try rerun it but not sure if insurance would cover it." At that point, I didn't think I could trust this pharmacy to advocate and facilitate this process on my behalf since no accountability was taken. I recognize I have privilege to advocate for myself and to navigate this process to get the right medication, but what about the aunties and uncle and the kupuna who can't or may not know how? Unfortunately lying creates an equity gap, and in their line of work of HEALTH, it becomes crucial that they take accountability and do their best to care for their patients. My medication is not life or death, but what about the patients who rely on appropriate doses? I do recognize my husband picked up the wrong prescription and it could have been corrected on his part. However, I still stand by my review on accountability because there are a lot of individuals who have guardians or family members picking up prescriptions that may be trusting health professionals to do their job.
