Again, my only recommendation is that Dr. Larry retires.

The office was clean and very welcoming. I arrived more than 15 minutes early and was called into consultation within minutes of my arrival. The dentist and staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed my many questions. Once I was satisfied that I had enough information to move forward, a surgical plan was developed. I am now midway through my dental implant treatment plan and I remain pleased and impressed with their level of professionalism and transparency. While I still have a ways to go to complete my journey, I am confident enough in my service so far to highly recommend NY Dental Implants and give a five-star review. SMW

I've been to enough dentists to know when a practice is just going through the motions -- and…read morethat's definitely not the case with Dr. Daniel E. Phillips. What stood out to me wasn't flashy technology or over-the-top friendliness. It was the steady, confident way everything was handled. The appointment ran on time. The explanations were clear. No dramatics, no upselling, no pressure. Just straightforward dentistry. Dr. Phillips has that calm, experienced presence that makes you feel like you're not being rushed through a system. When he explains something, it feels practical and honest -- like he's talking with you, not at you. I asked questions, and they were answered directly without being made to feel silly for asking. The office itself is professional and well-kept. It doesn't feel chaotic or overbooked. The staff seem coordinated and respectful of your time. That alone says a lot. What I appreciated most is that the focus felt long-term. Not "let's fix this today and move on," but "let's make sure this stays healthy." That mindset matters. If you're looking for a dentist who values consistency, clarity, and doing solid work without theatrics, this is a good place to be. I left feeling informed and taken care of -- and that's really what I want from a dental visit.

Had two wisdom teeth removed at ROS with Dr. Michael Krzemien -- ended up needing a new $2K crown…read more I opted for conscious sedation rather than full anesthesia and was told I'd feel pressure but no pain. However, the procedure began before the sedative had taken full effect. I experienced significant pain and requested additional sedation, but the extraction resumed almost immediately afterward, and I remained in considerable discomfort throughout. After the procedure, Dr. Krzemien inquired about my dental crown. He then explained that it had been dislodged during the extraction and had been reattached using temporary cement. My regular dentist later examined it and found the crown to be damaged beyond repair, requiring full replacement. In addition to the unexpected cost of replacing the crown, I was also billed for the temporary cement and that bill is now accumulating monthly service charges.
