I…read morehave progressive insurance and called them yesterday at 4:30 pm and they told me they would let me know they could have someone there. I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials. There were zero death benefits, so we were already trying to pay for final arrangements. We asked if we could at least come get his personal items out of the car, we were told "not without paying the balance". They decided to be "nice" and give us a "deal" of $900, but we had 2 hours to come up with the money and come get the car. The deal wouldn't stand past end of business that day. We could not do this. I actually live out of state. Heartless. That's all I can say.

I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things.
