I was very upset because I knew that having it towed to a nearby repair shop would put me out of work for at least a day. I called Action Towing, they told me they would be there within 30-45 minutes. 15 minutes later their truck shows up! The driver was able to use his flatbed to jack up the front of my car and, with effort, remove the damaged undercarriage piece so I could drive my car! Not only was my Saturday afternoon saved, but I was spared a hefty repair bill and the inconvenience of being without a car. Price was extremely reasonable and driver was super polite and friendly. I hope I never have to use this company again, but I would definitely recommend to anyone in need!

I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials.
