I always get a Mushroom Cheese Steak with no onions or green peppers. And although my wife ordered mine with no onions or green peppers, when she brought it home it had green peppers!! I am allergic to them and should not have tried to pick them off, but I did, unsuccessfully! I spent most of the night in the bathroom. This was my fault for eating the sandwich anyway, and Jersey Mike's for not making sure they had the order correct. This one disappointing order will not keep us from ordering from here again. We will still be customer's and recommend them to others. They are not quite as good as Pat's in South Philly, but they are close!

We were fortunate to get two tables together in the hallway. I can see where it can get crowded over lunch time as the line continually was growing with people getting their food and taking a seat in the hallway. They have quite a few of tables with four chairs/table. Most of us ordered the Italian Subs with chips or potato salad as a side. Service was great. Speed was fantastic. I think all seven of us had our food brought out to us within about 7 minutes or so. Several of us thought that the Subs weren't heated as much as they could be. One complaint was that his pickle was limp. The top of the bun was warm but the cheese and meats on the inside were not warm at all (or the bottom of the bun). The potato salad was very good. They have soft drinks via the machine with ice and also Tea. The ingredients were fresh and everything good. I think seating could be a problem on some days and we wished the sandwiches were toasted more than what they were. On a scale of 10 we would rate it as a 7.3 on the ROMEO scale...Yelp scale we'll give it a 4.0

As you wind your way through the antique store, you eventually come to the center divide between front and back- and there is the sign to point you to the cafe, but seriously, follow your nose. You can smell the deliciousness once you get to the center. The cafe is downstairs- but it looked like locals park and enter from a back door- like the building is on a hill and the basement back door is ground level. FOOD! There was a special on the board for a grilled turkey, bacon, gouda and I was tempted, but that would be a safe choice for me. When I saw the berry gouda grilled cheese, I decided to be adventurous!!! Sourdough bread, the bacon was thick and cooked perfectly i got the punch of blackberry with the gouda & all the flavors came together beautifully! It was a pleasant surprise! I also ordered hot tea- I'm usually running cold, so a hot cup of tea or coffee is always welcome- and especially since they serve Charleston Tea there! I had a cup of the raspberry tea, always delightful. Service was sparkling. I went back today to the antique store, but I missed the cafe hours- probably a good thing, I wasn't hungry- but I doubt I could've resisted the smells. Highly recommend- and the antique store is wonderful!
