My Greek chicken salad with garlic toast didn't have Greek salad dressing, garlic toast, or CHICKEN. about half the time I order this, they forget the toast. So, when I'm in the drive-through, I always ask if it comes with garlic toast and they tell me yes, but it still doesn't remind them to include it. Other than that, it was great. read more

Ordered 2 salads and 2 soups. One was French Onion. Got to the hotel and opened the French Onion. No cheese or croutons. Called and asked why no cheese or croutons? Well, they said " you have to ask for it." French Onion soup with no cheese or croutons?! It's the definition of the soup! They insisted that a person has TO ASK FOR IT. I love Schlotzskys but the past two times I've gone to this location my order has been wrong. The first time I ordered the Pick two with a sandwich and soup. Got home to realize the sandwich was missing. Called 7 times and nobody answered the phone so I drove up there and the staff was all hanging around while the phone rang. Today I went and ordered a family size potato soup and got home and the soup was old and straight liquid, no potatoes. So I drove back up there and she gave me a new one stating that was the last of the bowl and this was fresh. If she knew that was the end of the pot and nasty why serve it? Lastly, the soup was supposed to come with bacon, cheese, and green onions. I asked for no onion, and received only cheese. No bacon. read more

I love Schlotzsky's... At least the one in Tyler. I was so excited when I spotted this one in Canton. I was starving, went through the drive-through, I was the only car in line, ordered an original with turkey. Drove home, opened the bag and my order was wrong. It was an original without turkey and without napkins and the bread was so stale I could hardly bite through it because it was so hard. I was really shocked. I expected so much better. I will give them another try because hey, I love Schlotzsky's, but next time I won't drive off without checking my order and taking a bite! read more

Horrible horrible place. I order a sandwich asked for Turkey only they gave me one with ham salami turkey. I took it home discovered it and took it back . I asked again for a sandwich with turkey only. They remade the sandwich with turkey and salami. My mistake that i didn't check the sandwich before i left. I order a small original to-go as I cackle because the cashier just apologized to three people in a row that there was only one big cinnamon roll left from this morning and she couldn't make any more because she wasn't allowed to leave the front. The restaurant is at about 30% capacity. The employees are running around in an apologetic panic. It took 20 (sorry, 19) minutes for my order to come out. What in the world? I pulled out my receipt to see what time I placed an order and a table behind me started laughing because they did the same thing. I think Schlotsky's may have over-diversified their menu and the employees are scrambling to make all of the crazy crap simultaneously for inside and drive thru.
