The gentlemen that work there are amazing at their job and always are respectful and work their asses off. Amazing pizza.

Pizza was pretty good and was delivered on time by a polite driver. Order on app don't have to call in

Go elsewhere for pizza. Ordered from here twice and both times they were late. First time they took 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver my food. Second time I placed the order 3 hours in advance and they called and said it would be over an hour passed the set time for delivery or 15-20 minutes for pickup. So I drove to pick it up and 45 minutes after the call it still wasn't ready. I downloaded Yelp just to write this review. read more

worst pizza place ever, i found 2-3 hairs in my food and the delivery guy said i had a fat ass and tried to get my Snapchat i think his name was jamie definitely should report him to HR effective immediately read more

Freak this! Called in an order 30 mins away on a road trip, showed up and they haven't even started making it. Might I add it was a cheese pizza lol. Staff seemed to not care. Highly recommend Jerry's down the street! Best pizza and service I've ever had. read more

I ordered a medium Pizza and some honey barbecued wings! The pizza was great but instead of sending me honey barbecue wings they sent me honey habanero. I tried calling them on their mistake spent almost 20 to 25 minutes on hold got tired and gave up this is a bit ridiculous even for Domino's I would definitely call somewheres else as it seems to be pretty common with Dominos all over the United States they have no comprehension ability of what you actually order read more

I ordered online at 5:56. After seeing that it was still in prep after 1 hour I tried to call. They never answered the phone. I called 3 more times trying to get through to someone to no avail. Then after a little over 2 hours after placing my order the delivery driver shows up. When I said that it had taken 2 hours for them to deliver the pizza he said that they were backed up. I then said then someone needs to answer the phones to be able to explain what's going on. I won't ever order pizza again at this Domino's. read more

We order from this place regularly. Over all the pizza has been good and most of the time the delivery is timely. One thing I can recommend, is do not pay for extra marinara sauces if you are going to have it delivered. 9 times out of 10 the driver will not have them. read more

This Dominos was the ONLY place open that could deliver tonight. I decided to go ahead and order a Brooklyn-style pizza and have it delivered to the Trades Day place... Driver arrives and has to stay at office, and I was lost, and blind as hellll trying to navigate to him. The driver went out of his way to help me, was NEVER rude either on the phone or in person, and was cool, respectful, and understanding. And HE WAS THE ONLY DRIVER TONIGHT, which adds even more to his plate. I am grateful that they didn't cancel the order, and the pizza was good and ACTUALLY had the extra toppings I paid for! Forgot his name, but the sexy, white, polite delivery driver who was working tonight (Thursday 12/02) needs a raise! read more

So over this Domino's. I order here because my daughter will only eat the pizza from Domino's. 1. I wait to leave my home when the tracker says that it is in the oven because it'll be ready by the time I get there. They let the people in front sit there forever (obviously because their pizza is not done) while cars behind have to sit and wait while ours are ready. 2. Pizzas are barely cut, thin crusts have been cooked to death. 3. On more than one occasion I have had to wait for over a hour. 4. Have gotten all the way home and they had given me the wrong pizza, called said they would make the right one, get there and not offered any compensation or even a "sorry" for having you have to drive all the way back and we messed up. 5. There's more I could say but I'm over typing. I've lived all over Texas and NEVER had this many issues with one store. I have never had any issues period, only with the one in Canton. read more

This is one of the few Domino's that has tables for dining. They are completely useless though since the restaurant doesn't sell individual sodas and they don't have a soda fountain. They'll sell you a two liter bottle of soda, but they don't stock disposable cups so that you can drink it. We quickly changed our dine in order to " To Go". As far as the pizza goes, it's Domino's, so we didn't expect anything spectacular. read more

Just like a lot of people, we all have ordered Domino's from many different ones. Twice now, wife and have ordered from this one in Canton, and twice now it's been the worst one we have ordered from. I didn't write a review from the first visit, believing it was just a one time mess up. But this time it was the same and a bit worse. Both times the crust was over cooked, very close to being burnt. This just was made worse by on a large pepperoni, besides the crust almost burst, I counted nine pepperoni and the cheese, what there was of it, was either old or freezer burnt. The cheese tasted old and brittle. We ordered carryout and was surprised by it being ready in about 11 minutes. I really like and enjoy Domino's and will always continue to enjoy their pizzas, just not from this location. Please Domino's, do better, I know you can!! read more

Very satisfied! I live on the outskirts of Canton and they are the only place who delivers. I was surprised. I made an order tonight and they told us it would be 45 minutes. I live 15 minutes away from the location. 30 minutes later they were here with fresh, Hot pizza and wings. Everything tastes great, and the person I spoke to on the phone and the delivery man were awesome! Thanks for the delivery! read more

Dominos is obviously the McDonald's of pizza. Its consistently ok and cheap. They deliver fast and usually my order is right but honestly just like McDonald's i get something different for me and Dominos for the kids. read more

I love Domino's Pizza...EXCEPT this location's pizza. Terrible and expensive. We ordered a large "extravaganza"...it was suppose to have double cheese on hand tossed crust, onions, green peppers, sausage, ham, and pepperoni. $20 for a large...seriously! It took over an hour to get to us and it was warm, had 7 small pieces of green pepper sprinkled on it, a few onions, smatterings of meat-not sure there was sausage at all. Shame on you for charging $20 for that pathetic pizza and shame on us for paying that much for a single large pizza. Never again Canton Dominos, never again. read more

The pizza is OK. The staff is completely ridiculous! Half the time the pizza is not even cut whenever I get home! No one seems to know what's going on up there read more

Ordered food at 9:18 pm and was told by Stewart that we would have to wait from 1 to 1.5 hours for delivery to the resort we were staying in just down the highway. We decided that we really did want the order and was fine with having to wait for the order but when it arrived just under the hour, it was cold. The edges were hard and curling. The box was saturated with the oils from the toppings and the pizza was dry. The sandwiches were also dry and hard. I was unable to eat this. I knew that the pizza would be delivered at a very slow rate due to being told that they were short handed. But never would I have dreamed the order would have been cooked and left under a heating lamp or a heat box until the delivery person could " get around" to delivering it. I called back and asked for Stewart and was told he was gone and the man on the phone asked if he could help and he said the General Manager was on site and asked if I would like to speak to her. He came right back to the phone saying she did not have time to speak to me and she was trying to get caught up and then I was given the same story I was given before. We can't find anyone to work for us... we are really trying to hire people and we are having to work short handed. I told the young man this was not my problem and to be honest this is not what a customer needs to hear when trying to understand why the service and food is so bad. But after being told the manager did not have time for her customers feedback it is all explainable as to the employee shortage. How can you take care of employees if you can't handle the customer orders in a timely manner. #stillhungryincanton read more

Ordered at 11:15 food was delivered fairly quickly. Pointed out to the delivery lady that we were missing two sandwiches. She weren't back to get them. After 30 minutes we called the store, man on the phone said that the delivery lady had our sandwiches out for delivery but she also had other deliveries to make. 45 minutes later and still no food. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

This is the 3rd time to try Dominos in Canton. Definitely thought 3rd time was a charm but that didn't happen. This last experience was it, called in order 2 small pizzas and Caesar salad. When arrived to pick it up the person had no idea where to look for them, they were done when we arrived. Had to wait additional 20 minutes waiting for someone to find our order. Needless to say pizza was cold plus the salad was made with bagged iceberg lettuce. Personal and management may need some more training to keep local customers happy. Won't be going back anytime soon. By the way while waiting another customer had been waiting 25 minutes for his order and had them cancel it and return his money! read more

We ordered pizza, hot wings, and the new bread twists. Everything was good but the bread twists were amazing! We have many choices for pizza in town but dominoes does a good job most of the time. read more

went to store to order, ordered two sandwiches and cinna stix waited 15 min got my order drove home opened boxes got one sandwich, an order of wings and cinna stixs with no frosting. Three item order one correct item. Called store waited on hold 15 mins spoke to manager she said that they had new people and that is why there was an issue. She said they needed more training, and that my issue was the "first mistake " they made all day and they are only human. Kept making excuses has no idea what customer service is, just wanted to give me free food to make it better. Last delivery order was incorrect also, not sure how many more chances they will get. read more

3rd and last time I will go here. They tried to charge me $1 for Parmesan cheese & $1 for red pepper packets! Not extra packets either. Told me before they were just out and tried to charge then also for larger size at $2 each. Spend your money at Pizza Hut or papa Johns where you get them for free! No more of my money. read more

Customer Service is not very good. We ordered in and waited an hour. Finally asked them if our order was ready and they said it's been ready awhile. We were the only people in the restraint, very rude of them not to let us know. read more
