It is a place you could bring a date and get a little dressed up for or a place you can dress casually. The staff didn't speak much English but they spoke enough. They also have English menus which made ordering easier. Another fun fact is apparently you receive a draught beer on the house when ordering because they brought me one without ordering and I noticed after that they did the same for others who sat after I did. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and left full. If you are in the area I highly recommend checking this wonderful tasting restaurant out.

The Rosemary Silver was dangerously delicious, served with a bushy sprig of fresh rosemary. Cocktails run roughly 9.50-12€, but you are paying for quality. The bar draws an eclectic mix, but all symbiotically enjoying their own slice of libation heaven. We had a brilliant time sitting at the bar, sipping our yummy drinks and watching the bartenders excel at their craft.

Sunday 7/4/19 Sat…read moredown at 8pm, soup took 30 minutes to arrive. Considered leaving at 9pm when soup bowls remained uncleared and no sign of main course. Table of 8 with reservations got up and left after 30 minutes with no drinks or food. At 9.30pm we finally received our main courses. Schnapps offered and refused, One Beer and Two Soups removed from Bill. Staff were not rude, but not really apologetic either- it's just how it is in Berlin. Food was excellent but no communication and ridiculous timescale. Not Exactly cheap either- €54 after starters and a Beer comped.

My bf & I are meat lovers & enjoy the mixed grill platters, oriental meat platter (with lamb, merguez, cous-cous, chicken, etc.)- as well as the angus roast beef steak drizzled with red wine/orange sauce & sides of green asparagus & roasted potatoes. For vegetarians, you'll also find stuff on the menu. Something for everyone... The dessert of the day was holunderberry mousse (normally lavender mousse, but they ran out on Sunday evening) on a "himbeerspiegel" (raspberry mirror). Extremely rich, creamy, yet fluffy & delicious... Again: Romantic place, great for dates- preceded or followed by a walk along Maybachufer riverside. The lighting is also warm, dark & sexy- again: perfect for looking your best/most enticing on a date...(you're welcome, ladies.). :-)
