I had a horrible experience with this office, and this is your warning to stay away…read more I was extremely clear that I did NOT want NAD+ added to my treatment because it was not being billed through insurance and I did not agree to pay for it separately. I never received a separate NAD+ IV, and at no point was I clearly told that NAD+ was being added to my regular IV bag. Then afterward, I was sent a $250 invoice for NAD+ that I do not believe I ever received. When I questioned the charge, I was suddenly told that the NAD+ had supposedly been mixed into my regular IV bag. That explanation makes absolutely no sense based on what was communicated to me during the appointment. I specifically declined this treatment. If something is being added to a patient's IV, especially something they already said they did not want and would not pay for, that should be clearly explained and consented to beforehand -- not claimed afterward once a bill is questioned. The communication and billing surrounding this were completely unacceptable and seriously damaged my trust in this provider. Patients should know exactly what is being put into their IV and exactly what they are agreeing to pay for before treatment begins. Based on my experience, I would absolutely stay away from this office.

Exceptional Care That Saved My Life…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elevate Health Group. The care I have received here has been extraordinary, and I genuinely believe Dr. Tovmassian and Nurse Practitioner Leah Ghadimi saved my life. Their compassion and commitment have made an immeasurable difference in my life. They have treated me with genuine humanity while navigating some incredibly difficult health challenges. Also shout out to Nurse Colette -- one of the sweetest people you'll ever run into. The facilities themselves are outstanding and welcoming, exceptionally well-maintained, and reflect the high standard of care this organization delivers. It's rare for me to find a healthcare environment where exceptional medical professionals, compassionate treatment, and outstanding facilities come together so seamlessly. Dr. Tovmassian and NP Leah Ghadimi deserve extraordinary recognition for the lives they touch and the difference they make. Elevate Health Group is truly a remarkable healthcare organization, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional medical care. Thank you for everything.

I've gone to this office a couple of times and felt like Dr. Uraizee really listened and was…read morecaring, but I don't know if they provide the best level of care or follow through. After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

There is not enough nice things I can say about Dr. Faisal, Uraizee!! I had my very first visit…read morewith him as my new primary doctor a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that all of the positive reviews are indeed true! Throughout my entire appointment, Dr. Uraizee allowed me to ask every single question I had in my notes and was so easy to talk to! He didn't even let a phone call keep him from giving me his undivided attention, and I truly appreciate that! My brother and I have had a tough history of doctors being impatient and seemingly trying to hurry the appointment along. It can come off as rude and inconsiderate. I'm aware that they see countless patients a day and things can get a bit repetitive ...but on our side... this is all very new and "in the moment," and we would appreciate a little kindness, patience and compassion...and Dr. Uraizee delivered every single one! I am so super thankful that I took a chance on him and cannot wait until my next visit! If you are looking for a Doctor who cares and listens, Dr. Faisal Uraizee is your Doc! ALSO SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to the very kind and efficient staff at the front desk!

If you're looking for an outstanding functional medicine practice, you can't beat Oasis Family…read moreMedicine. Having Yoshi Rahm as my primary care provider has been wonderful. I found him seven years ago when I was having trouble getting my thyroid balanced. I ended up doing my own research and found that he supported the ideas of the book, Stop The Thyroid Madness. I was super lucky to have him as my doctor when I got terribly sick from mold. He was the one who helped me figure out that mold was the root of the mystery illness. That was a godsend because I had been sick for two years, and the other "highly recommended" integrative doctor I was seeing did not help. Dr. Rahm has a wealth of knowledge, but he also takes questions I come up with in my own research seriously. He is humble and will admit if he doesn't know something (which isn't often). He's also very open to working together as a team, which is necessary as we are all responsible to be our own health advocates. Being able to email questions have been very helpful as well. It's a blessing to have a kind, knowledgeable, doctor, like Yoshi Rahm who is on the cutting edge of functional medicine. It has also been a pleasure working with Kim, who has mailed my lab orders and called in many Rx changes with the crazy, unavailability of certain desiccated thyroid brands. Roam at the front desk is also very friendly and prompt. All in all, Oasis Family Medicine is an ideal place to go for maintaining optimal health! They are a great team. Highly recommended!
