I got on the phone and called medical records of radiology study. Dr Feng rushed out of his office and informed me that he had what he needed. I went into exam room in wheelchair and he asked me why I was here. I attempted to explain it to him and he cut me off. He then went into explaining what he saw on xrays/ cts and reports and explained how it was chronic and not related to the fall. Dr Feng was cold, appeared that I was wasting his time, did not do a thorough history intake or physical exam( he only touched my leg after I insisted that he did so), or provided any kind of post visit advise. Angela, his receptionist was the only person there that provided any positive interaction. My personal recommendation would be to avoid seeing Dr Feng and go to a real doctor(md). I feel that once he sized up that he couldn't do surgery on me that I was wasting his time. I would rate him a negative 5 if I could. I like to add that I worked in the medical field for 23 years and now I know why patients get upset with medical doctors

I have no idea what other damage he did because they won't show in your medical records when doctors make mistakes. His follow up proved to me his incompetence and grossly inadequate post surgery care. I had to have another surgery to correct some of his mistakes. I would have sued this doctor for malpractice but his family had a personal tragedy shortly after my surgery and I chose to take the high road and not add to his troubles. I never received an apology or an acknowledgement of the wrong he did to me. I write this now because the lingering effects I still experience from his incompetence are a constant reminder and I hope to steer anyone considering this doctor to make another choice because we have some other wonderful doctors in this area.

I was called back into a room and when Dr Frances Anne A White came in the first thing I said was that I'm there to have an MRI done, she immediately told me they don't do MRIs there. I told her I already had an orthopedic dr and we agreed there was nothing to have done and I left, she didn't examine any part of me and I though that was the end of it. But no, it turns out they want to bill be first $1,300 then instead $370 for telling me they didn't provide the service I was asking for. I called about the bill and dr Frances anne A White agreed she did nothing for me. But their billing department said that because I talked to the Dr, the bill was still due. I asked the girl if the human person in her told her that this was the right thing to do. If you are planning to go here realize that doing the right think is not their priority. Their priority is the money. If you've already been a patient, you need to ask yourself if that surgery or procedure they did and billed for was really needed or it was to cash in on your insurance or even you and your situation. Looking back I remember that these people didn't even tell me that my insurance would not pay them. Stay away from these low caliber medical facilities if you know what is good for you.

She was great and I didn't have any problems with anything. she took her time and explained everything to me at my visits. On my 4th visit I actually saw the doctor Criner after waiting over an hour for the visit. Got an X-ray of my arm and waited in the room for a few mins.Dr criner came in and spent about 5 mins with me and then said I will see you back in 2 months and to start physical therapy. ( no work until I see him again). I didn't get a paper work to take to the front girl to schedule my next appt .they asked me for it and I remember his assistant left a paper on the counter without saying a word to me and walked out. The visit felt very rushed and I felt like I didn't get to ask any questions. I went back to the room and Got the paper and made my appt for 2 months later. A day later I get a text from the office asking for a survey of my visit. So I wrote how I felt about the visit and that was that. Nothing really bad just it felt rushed and long wait . Today I went for my 2 months follow up and I was put in a room to talk to the office manager ( who was very nice and understanding) I was told that Dr criner didn't want to see me as a patient anymore because of my survey . Mind you I only saw him 1 time for 5 mins . ( why ask if you don't want to hear what we experienced ) I was shocked !! I paid my copay and all my out of pocket to them and they gladly took it before I was called back ! Never in 2 months did I get a call regarding my survey or ask how they can fix it to make it a better experience . So they made another appt to see another doctor next week! I asked about my work and they said the new doctor said go back with no restrictions without seeing me .. how can a doctor ask me to go back without seeing me and has never seen me. doesn't know how my arm has been healing ?? Mind you I work with severely disable children! Again if you don't want the feed back don't ask for a survey! You doctors need to grow some thick skin and quit acting that you are all that matters ! I was in an auto accident hit from behind and was going to see Dr. Feng. I spoke with their staff…read moreand they sent me a packet. I had a compression fracture of L1 from my accident. I told them everything about my accident and had an appointment. The day before they called to make sure that I was coming and on time. I filled out all their paperwork and had all my x-rays and cat scans and MRI's. I was ready!! I also have good health insurance and back up health insurance. On the day of my visit I made sure that I was 15 minutes early. When I got to the front office I was treated so poorly and told that the doctor is no longer seeing anyone that has been in an accident that had a lawyer. They told me to go on my way. Now I waited three weeks for this doctor why didn't they ask or say anything before I saw him. I will not recommend him to anyone . Later on when I told others about my story they told me that Dr. Feng also had may of law suits pending. What does that mean? Granted this is hear say but I now have done some homework and it true. To all patients be very careful of this doctor !!!

Approximately 10 years ago I suddenly was unable to walk without a cane. After many x-rays and…read morethree doctors, it was determined that I had broken my pelvis in 2 places. I had osteoporosis and had done all this while working in my yard. I healed but still couldn't walk without a limp and a cane. It was so bad that my husband finally talked to our family doctor and demanded they "fix" me. I was referred to Dr. Feng and he found I was broken in many more places - my right knee, my left hip, and the nerves in my lower back were covered with arthritis. My left hip was so bad that the joint was actually missing. In Dr. Feng's words, "as bad as it could be". I had three surgeries in two months plus therapy at age 69. I am now 77 and am my husband's full-time caregiver. I walk briskly and only use a cane when I walk our dog (she's a handful). I praise and recommend Dr, Feng to anyone who will listen. He will have my respect and gratitude forever.
