Widex representative spent quite a while telling me why he could not remedy the situation. He said the type of bluetooth signal that Android put out was problematic for the Widex reciever. They of course were very happy to sell me their Widex hearing aid. If you are on Android do not get Widex. Money ill spent!

They will not stream to phone, or IOS devices for calls, or music in both ears as guaranteed in marketing, and are not in-sync with each other. Widex tells me to deal with my Audiologist, they want zero to do with warranty service directly to consumer. Shipping $6600.00 devices that were not tested properly is BEYOND sup par. It feels like they shipped a lemon, and the company doesn't seem to want to make Lemon-aid out of their lemons. I will re review after I find out how much time it takes to resolve a sup par start. You might wish to wait placing an order until you read more from me. After all, we relay on these devices to live and WORK, and it will take my billable time away from work, plus 4 long drives to drop off, get re fit and drive home, not to mention NOT being able to hear well while I wait!

To be honest, my hearing loss and tinnitus felt like it came out of the blue and I am very fortunate to have Dr. Jessica Woodson and her team as a resource. She was able to provide guidance as to how to cope with my condition as well as explore different hearing aid options within my budget. She was very patient with the process of finding the right hearing aids since I went back and forth with different styles and fit. All the other doctors were helpful as well if Dr. Woodson was ever out of the office. They also set very realistic expectations on suggesting how long I use my hearing aids because it is a process that takes time to get used to. I look forward to my regular follow ups since the team is very service oriented and ensures I have everything I need whether my earpieces are cleaned out, I need new batteries, etc. They also keep me posted on any new technology available in case I ever do want to upgrade. The office is very clean (including covid protocols), the staff is friendly, and it's so easy to book my appointments. If you or someone you know has a hearing loss, and is looking for guidance and professional help, please consider Audio Help. It has kept me at ease while transitioning into a life with hearing loss.

She carefully showed him how to wear them, clean them, change the filter, and finally how to charge the hearing aids every night. Our office experience as a first time purchaser of hearing aids was made so convenient with Dr. Gambino's wonderful personality, knowledge of the product, and ability to navigate through all the additional paperwork for us was simply amazing. We are so thankful to Dr. Gambino and we highly recommend her to our friends and family. The Cheung Family

Our family decided to make a change and visit Eastside Audiology this past year. Dr. Finkelstein and her team are caring, competent and always put the customer first. We ran 30 minutes late to our appointment, yet they were able to see us in a timely fashion. The front desk is a smooth operation! Also, the office is very clean! The attention to detail and level of care my grandfather received was top-notch! Dr. Finkelstein and her team were very thorough and have excellent bedside manner. Admittedly, my grandfather is not the best patient however Dr. Finkelstein was very patient answering all of my grandfather's questions and made him feel comfortable. After my grandfather's diagnosis was updated, Dr. Finkelstein did a recalibration on his hearing aids. His hearing has never been better! Our family can now dine at loud restaurants - Hallelujah! Also, the York peppermint patties in the waiting room are a nice touch!

We waited almost an hour after our appointment time, but it all made sense when we got to see the doctor. Dr. B patiently sat with my grandmother for around 2 and a half hours. She asked her a ton of questions about her hearing issues, current hearing aids, and general activity. She is also the only doctor that has ever spoken loudly and clearly enough for my grandmother to understand. She tested my grandmother's hearing in a soundproof booth, and explained in great detail what her issues are and what could be done about them. I should mention that my grandmother is also legally blind (which throws off a lot of medical professionals), but Dr. B taught her how to use her hearing aids by feel, which was amazing! My grandmother got new hearing aids, as well as a tester pair to use for a week while they were being built. We had some personal issues in the interim, so it took a while for us to pick up the new hearing aids, but Dr. B's office was super kind and flexible! We also got to try them for a few weeks at home before we had to pay for them, which we were able to do over the phone. Fair warning that the office is in the basement of an apartment building which is NOT handicap accessible. There is a ramp to get into the building, but there are two or three small steps to get to the office. The office itself is also small, but my grandmother's wheelchair just barely fit in. My grandmother's hearing is much better, and we are very happy with Forest Hills Audiology!

Dr. Roxanne Borukhov and Dr. Kathleen Kalschmid both possess professionalism, knowledge and humor; traits that create an excellent hearing healthcare environment. I was set up with my new hearing Oticon devices. I'm still getting used to them but during my second visit, I received adjustments that made a helpful difference. The ladies at the reception desk are professional, kind and helpful as well. It isn't always that you can find these qualities in my experience. On a side note: On my way to the office, I slipped and fell . I hurt my hand and arm. Kristen at reception, fixed me up with a bandaid, Bacitracin and a cup of water. Dr. Kalschmid checked my arm and hand and talked to me until I calmed down. Dr. Boruhkov did the same. They go above and beyond to make their patients feel seen, heard and taken care of. I recommend Forest Hills Audiology!
