However, my experience showed that the staff lacked specialization, leading to inefficiencies with hourly billing for tasks that typically have a fixed cost elsewhere.
Schedio Spaces seems to be ambitiously expanding, taking on multiple projects simultaneously. This approach has resulted in my project being neglected as they focus on acquiring new clients. The service quality and dedication significantly decreased after my initial payment was secured, and the professional infrastructure needed for a full-scale operation seemed lacking.
Project management was below expectations, with my project often delayed in favor of commercial clients, leading to extended completion times. There was noticeable high staff turnover, which seemed to exacerbate disorganization and delays. The workplace atmosphere was occasionally uncomfortable, partly due to communication issues with designer Jenalee. Improving communication dynamics, especially from Jenalee, could enhance overall team morale.
