Like most people I was very intrigued by Jennifer's website, reviews and praise. Which led me to going with her company instead of the others. First impressions, I thought she was great! I spoke about a mile a minute but she seemed to comprehend what my brain was putting out. After the first meeting, I sent 1 email with a few pinterest ideas. Shortly after that, Jennifer came over to take measurements. After the measurements, we were then told that it will take a few weeks to put together the design. No problem right? After several weeks I sent an e-mail explaining some troubles I was having with one of my e-mail account and sent an updated e-mail contact, just in case. Still no answer. Another several weeks later I made a follow up call and to this day I have never received a call back. Perhaps we are not the kind of people she wanted to work with, or perhaps she had been trying to contact me with the bad e-mail address (she had my phone number). Maybe we just got lost in the sea of people she was working with. It didnt bother me that this did not work out, it would just have been decent to get a call or email, text anything saying that she did not want to do business with us. She came into my home, met my family and gave me the impression that we could do business together. In closing consumers, roll the dice with this designer. If your lucky to actually get a call back, because it sure looks like she does some amazing work. Good luck.

I reached out to Michael and he was very responsive, he visited the site and quickly shared the updated plans for resubmission to the city. He also closely worked with me and GC to answer further queries from the inspector. Overall, I had great experience with Michael. He is professional, shared his quote upfront and honored it, was very collaborative, responsive and has attention to detail. I am sure he has a bright future ahead and if I start another project I will definitely work with him again.

The new master bedroom has worked well for us, and we think it is very attractive. Shari got us carved marble for the fireplace from Italy that I would have never known was available without her knowledge. The wood floors were sourced from back east, another source I knew nothing about. The SVC showroom compares very favorably with those in Seattle saving time for long trips there.

Carpet, granite counter tops, cabinets, tiles they had them all. Lots of samples to chose from and something for everyone's budget. The showroom also has furniture. I had been searching for a couch everywhere and Homeport was able to find one to fit well with my height. So of course something had to come to my house, made to order with my own fabric selection .
