Long but worth the read…read more So i had tried to make a halloween makeup appointment with sephora in the beginning of october but they were booked so I had to go with mac, I call the day of my appointment to double check the time and the woman tells me that they're having issues with a fire alarm or fire marshal she wasn't super clear. She then tells me i might not be able to get my makeup done because they don't know when they'll be back in the store and they will be backed up because of the morning appointments that they're missing so panicked i call sephora explain what happened spoke to kerri who was an absolute angel and they said they're aware of what happened they'll be able to help me out if i wanna come in. Little did i know that i would be blessed with claudia who was so nice and extremely talented. Not only did she make sure i left looking absolutely amazing with a full face of beetle juice makeup but she was so friendly and funny and made me feel like she actually cared about how my makeup turned out, she didn't make me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience at all. She was the most amazing make up artist and i'm so thankful that she turned my terrible situation into a blessing. Sephora is amazing and i won't go anywhere else ever again.

It's been a minute since we've been in this mall and they already made it a whole lot nicer. The stores are also newer. Was happy to see a Rumi Life and coming soon will be Zara. Also parking by and entering through Primark was clutch and lets you out in a pretty central part of the mall. Food court also looks a tad different with a decent pizza spot and Korean corn dogs. Aunt Annie pretzels still hit as always.

I've been to there well stocked store on many occasions but most of my business have been online. Showroom is beautiful and staff is very helpful, friendly and well informed. I'm writing this review because I'm so pleased with my last purchase. They periodically offer amazing deals with purchase online. This one was my favorite! I ordered $60 worth of merchandise and they included my favorite all time gift with purchase. Amazing Lancome trial size "Big" mascara and Urban Decay black eye liner pencil. 100% quality cosmetics and Parfums. I applied them this morning at 7am and have lasted all day, even after gardening in the heat. I incourage all my Yelp peeps to take advantage of there incredible gift with purchase offers. You will not be disappointed!

I came in once 3 years ago, bought a sexy Italian hair dryer and left. 2022, it's a new year and I need a new cologne for the summer. Something fun yet sophisticated. Are you feeling me yelper? My wife said for Father's Day they're also offering a sampler gift set for Dads so she ordered me a gift card as well. Except the sampler gift set never came. My wife called customer service and they were able to send a credit to the store. I know the cologne I want and I'm now a man on a mission. I walk into the store 3 minutes before they close?! I ask for help with the bottle size, grabbed my purchase and bolted out the door after paying with 28 seconds to spare. It takes a village to maintain Bill S. Ulta Beauty has what's needed to keep me stylin' and profilin'.

Maria and whoever else was with her could not careless if I got my medicine or not. They also did not listen to me when I told them I did NOT want one of the medicines and when I told them to make sure to fill another one... of course they did not fill the one that I wanted to pick up. Wasted 1 hour waiting for medicine that I didn't even want to be filled. Of course, they didn't have the one that I ACTUALLY needed... from the Walgreens app, I knew they have the medicine but they told me that they don't even have the prescription... more like they are too lazy to look for it. Complete inadequacy that it is sad. Bottom line: I would not take my worst enemy to this place! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bath towels from the Hotel Collection line were on sale for $3-$5 a pop! Major deal! The sales rep who assisted was so nice and chatty too! When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. On the way out of the store, the buzzer went off (how annoying lol) but a salesman in the men's department was quick to offer assistance to get it cleared. I love this location! My mom was planning to buy me and herself a pair of sunglasses- they don't have a fitting room yet they are comete mask nazis when you are trying on sunglasses. How on earth are you supposed to know how you look in their sunglasses if you have to wear a mask when trying them on? Not once did either associate ask us how they could help us, but several times nagged my mom to stop pulling her mask down (for literally a second) so she could see how she looked. We were treated like we were bums off the street. I cannot believe the attitude we experienced in this "high end" store. They lost our business. My advice to this brighton shop- stop acting snooty.
