You are in the middle of doing my nails!! For quality customer service I would have expected her to say something along the lines of "I can except it this time but for next time..." I was so confused on what I wanted exactly but had so much help from: Nicole, a great stylist. She's so good at what she does and very friendly! I went to other places after that because The Hair Pavilion is a bit outta my way. The service I received wasn't the same...
