And don't get me started on the tanks. They looked like a scene from a horror movie--each one had at least one poor, lifeless fish floating around like it was on vacation and forgot to check out. But his ears were kept a little long, not bad. I though the price was reasonable for his breed and they were good to call as soon as he was done. It took about 1.5 - 2 hours, normal for our dog.
