This was was news to me since the last time my dog was there she said my dog was awesome with other dogs. She continued to chew me out and go on and on about how bad my dog was. I offered to come get her- I was unformed I would pay for the grooming either way. I said she goes to daycare and has never had an issue. Well, when my dog was picked up- I could tell the usual quality of she receives was not given. I will never take her back!

Perfect place to wash pups! I love coming here for bathing dogs. They have everything you need (and…read moremore!) in one place! The wash bays are big enough for my large doggos. The water hose provides varying pressure levels and keeps the pup warm. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels are all provided. I even got to wear an apron to keep me dry! Lastly, they even have a "dry bar" where you get to blow dry your dogs fur. There are varying price levels, and I just did the basic wash (yes-that was all included in the basic wash!) Celebrating the pups 6 month/half birthday, I got him a pup cake. They have a small bakery section for dogs, too! He sure did love the cupcake and was so happy the rest of the night! A fresh bath and a pup cake, what's better!? If you do go here for a wash, be sure to grab the punch card! For every ten washes, you get one free! Perfect place to lean your pup without getting that soapy/wet mess at home!

Perfect groom every time, and he was excited whenever he walked in their door. And in October, 2021, the new owner took over. And we had the very worst experience of his life. Did he get a good haircut? Yes. And the rest was awful. My dog is older and very small - 15 lbs. He was booked at the same time as two dogs well over 100 lbs. My dog gets anxious when caged, which was one reason we stayed loyal to Clipn'Mutts all these years - Nana truly understood dogs and their needs, and never put a dog in a cage unless they were ok with it. The new owner clearly does not have that level of compassion. When I arrived, I found my dog shaking and whimpering - and limping. The only explanation I was given was that the two huge dogs were "roughing him up" so she put him in a cage. She appears to be all alone, and unable to handle the needs of a busy grooming salon. I hope it gets better, but since my senior pup is STILL limping 3 weeks later, I have little faith. For our dog's health, we will never return. Our dog is now hurt for an extended period of time ($400 in vet bills say it could be permanent), we've never heard anything from the owner, and the entire situation is reprehensible.

I dropped her off and was slightly turned off by staff.......a bunch of girls just talking and not paying attention to grooming. Got a call they CUT my baby and she almost lost her eye. They sliced her eye open. and cut her face. One good thing why I gave one star is they rushed her to the emergency and paid for it all! I cried my children cried and she had to have a mini surgery. Plus the hair cut was horrible! all choppy and not groomed good at all! She came out with a Phineas and Ferb haircut and looking like a pirate with one eye!
