Office was lovely and clean and they provide everything needed for a comfortable visit, manager and providers are SO nice and knowledgeable. I'm on my 3rd of ~5-7 appointments and it's going great, regrowth is greatly reduced already. The providers take detailed notes and the next time you show up go over the experience and make sure everything is still going well and your skin is ready for the service, and so there's continuity if you see someone else next appt. They keep up constant communication before, during, and after the treatments, which is helpful in understanding the experience and making safe progress, and is also a good distraction because it does get a bit "spicy".
