I first became knowledgeable of this place when a winery that I patronize offered their cheese trays and I tried one. It was delicious, so I eventually made my way to their retail space on Oak Lawn, close to Lucky's if you are familiar with their location. I was very impressed by the level of service and the knowledge that was imparted to me on my visit. I am not an expert of cheeses by any means, so their patience with my amateur level of knowledge was much appreciated. They guided me to a few selections that were wonderful and were a hit with my guests at Christmas time. And if you respond with a simple "cheddar" many a nose will turn up in scorn, mocking your sorry uneducated excuse for a cheese connoisseur. I went with "I don't know, that's why I'm taking the class" which was only slightly better than "cheddar". Best to stick with a stinky cheese if you want to make friends. Cheese 101 is a seriously awesome class. You get to sample 18 handmade, imported cheeses from North America and Europe for $25, a steal if I ever saw one. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and take great pride in their product. A big part of the class is how to experience the full flavor of the cheese, which includes smelling the cheese before you eat it, breathing out your nose once finished chewing and pairing it with different items (i.e. dried apple, honey, almond, etc.). Do it right and you feel like a total snob. Now I've got an answer for the question about my favorite cheese - the extra aged Gouda from Holland. What is that you might ask? Ha, you ignorant swine, it is hard, crystalline textured cheese that has been aged for five years, with an intense carmel and butterscotch flavor. And if you fancy, pair it with a small carmel to really bring out the fantastic carmel tones. Now scurry along ... I think your Kraft Easy Mac is ready. My sweetie loves cheese. When D Magazine mentioned that Scardello conducted cheese classes in its "Best Of" edition, we were immediately signed up for a wine and cheese pairing class and it was great! Scardello is a quaint little shop in the Oak Lawn area. In fact, it is so unimposing that you might miss it and drive by. It is right across from Pappadeaux. I mention that because you will not WANT to miss it. This place has everything from local to imported. I guess you can say that it specializes in artisan cheese, which are essentially handcrafted. Therefore, no Kraft singles will be found anywhere near. However, if you are looking for a nice brie or some variety of blue, chances are Scardello has it sitting in its refrigerated case. They also have a variety of wines, mustards and even the alleged "world's best peanut butter". The classes are a blast. The one I took cost $25 and I was educated and sampled about 20 some-odd types of cheese and had free flowing wine. The couple who operates Scardello is very approachable, very knowledge, and seems to have a passion for the product. C'mon we all love cheese, right? Why not class it up on occasion? This is by far one of my most favorite places. Stop reading if you don't think you can handle the truth. Scardello is glorious, this is a cheese shop supreme!! I went to a tasting event that showcased many different kinds of cheeses paired with certain wines. Great atmosphere and their Cheesemonger, Rich is awesome! I actually learned so much! For example, all rinds are edible, but if it looks bad, smells bad and is an overall buzzkill...then don't eat it! The cheese itself is supposed to be the star. Also, you are NEVER supposed to wrap your cheese in plastic (i.e. plastic baggies) its not good for it. Buy cheese paper! The tasting itself was amazeballs. Everything from creamy cheeses to hard and smelly cheeses. Which I actually loved! The pairings were perfect with dried fruits and certain crackers. Ugh! LOVE!!! After the taste course, I went to their "deli" counter as I like to call it. BIG mistake. I may or may not have tried 20 different kinds of cheeses (yes, even after my cheese tasting class). Oh yea and they have duck sausage. Mmmhmm. You can thank me later. The place is the perfect size, with a great roomy back area for these taste classes. Holy cheesegasm! I recently attended one of their Late Night events. We ordered a cheese board and glasses of the tasty Malbec they had on special. Their cheese selection can be quite overwhelming for even the most avid cheese enthusiast, but their helpful staff will gladly help you make your selections based on your taste preferences. The first cheese we decided on was a black truffle goat cheese to which we both said "hell to the yes!" It did not disappoint with it's creamy rich goat cheesey goodness and earthy truffle tinge, we were in heaven. We also selected a cheese (the name escapes me) that was very similar to Manchego, but with a nuttier taste. It resembled what I imagine the love child of Manchego and parmesan arregiano would taste like, yum! We tried the Fontina (pretty average) and a brand new sheep's milk cheese with a balsamic, juniper rind (interesting, but being that anything with juniper tends to taste like gin to me, I think I'll pass on this one in the future). With the cheese, you have your choice of olives and nuts or dried fruit and honey. We went with the olives and nuts which included Mission Almonds, Spanish Marcona Almonds, and the tiniest little olives I've ever seen. The nuts were great, lightly salted and fresh. The olives were not my favorite, you could tell that in the curing process they used some very strong spices, specifically clove. I don't know about you, but I like my olives nice and briny and this spice kind of ruined the olives for me. With our cheese board and 4 glasses of wine our total came to about $45, combined with the free entertainment (jazz duo and drunk old couple dancing barefoot like teenagers) it was totally worth it! read more

I saw Etienne's review, and then noticed this place while driving home from work on Wednesday so I decided to stop on in. I was really taken at the mere mention of cheese, but a store devoted to it--well that I had to check out! Beware that the stinky cheeses kind of dominate the place's aroma when you walk in, but you quickly get used to it. I went in looking kind of lost, since I recognized verrry few of the cheese names in the case. A nice young man at the counter took good care of me though--I told him I wanted a very flavorful appetizer type cheese and he gave me samples of all the cheeses he thought I would like. And I liked every single one of them!! I ended up getting a soft Pierre Robert cow's milk cheese from France-Ile-de-France with complex layers of caramel, bacon, roasted peanuts, and an intriguing tart fruitiness (yes, I just got that off the label right now). Yummy. The most interesting one I tried was called Buzz something-or-other and has flavors of espresso and lavender and honey if I remember correctly. It was super unique and definitely will be on my grocery list next time I have a party and want to impress people--or I'll get it sometime in secret and not share with ANYONE. The guy told me they'll be having monthly (not free) cheese tasting and wine pairing classes so I hope to sign up for one of those sometime soon. They also sell things to go along with your cheese, like crackers, breads, jams, etc--I bought one called Bremner Cracked Wheat wafers that are supposed to be the "cracker of choice" for the epicurious but honestly to me they tasted EXACTLY like Saltines, kind of a bummer for four bucks. read more

I think I died and went to cheese heaven! This place has it all...ranging from soft brie type cheese, to goats cheese, gruyere, to blues. The case is loaded and it can be a bit overwhelming. I enjoy all varieties of texture and taste - therefore, I enjoy Scardello. The range of artisan cheese here is endless and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is a huge variety of cheese to select from and you'll definitely find something you like. In addition to the great cheese and snacks you can buy, they also offer several classes. I recently attended the Beer & Cheese class. Over the course of an hour and a half, we sampled 5 beers (1/2 glass pours) and 10 cheeses. The staff provided background on the beer & breweries and then of course the cheese. In addition, they explained why the specific combination's were paired together. Overall, very informative and fun. These classes would make a nice date activity. I cannot believe more people have not reviewed this place. I agree with Julie..."wow this place is great." Sure, you could probably find the items at Whole Foods or Central Market. Even online. But, why would you? The experience, the service, and the selection speaks for itself. If you're in the market for good cheese, you should at least pop in and have a look. I came in here a couple of weeks ago with a friend after driving by several times. We are wine and cheese novices naively attempting to be self-taught in the pairing area. (Watch out...parking is tight, especially during rush hour traffic on Oak Lawn Ave.) The place is open, airy, and modern; and yet, you are immediately enveloped in a warm and welcoming environment with aroma of cheese, beautiful displays of treats, tables in the back with beautiful, rustic candle chandeliers, and a large window counter that displays local, US, and import cheeses. Talk about a feast for cheese-obsessed eyes! The best part? The gracious and hospitable service behind the counter. With a few questions answered, the gentleman behind the counter was able to pull a selection of nicely labeled cheeses from a cow, goat, and sheep's milk for our cheese "education class" for two. He cut and wrapped just enough of our choices for a tasting of each. He understood what we were wanting, and did not push us to purchase any more than what was necessary. No pushing for "add-ons" or "super-sizing". He even set up a "taste preference" profile for us for future reference. Much like visiting a family friend and leaving with a delicious treat. Although our personal wine and cheese pairing class was fine; I would recommend attending one of their courses and wine tastings. That being said, I never really know what to order when I am trying to describe what kind of cheese to get out of a giant case with like 300 options. It is always kind of like "ummm... i don't remember the name... but it was like, cheesy.... and delicious.....do you have any of that?" **cue blank look from guy at the counter** Luckily, Scardello is the bomb and there is basically a fool proof method for getting what you want here. So, here is my guide to ordering at Scardellos: a) tell them what type of cheese you love (gruyere, cheddar, stinky, manchego, etc), what type of wine you are planning on having, or what type of meal you are cooking that the cheeses will come before, during or after b) taste the tasty and generous sample that they give you to make sure it is what you want c) tell them about how many people will be snacking and let them cut you an appropriately sized morsel Three other things of awesome note: 1 - i ordered 3 different, good sized chunks of cheese and had a total bill of less than $15 - Booyah! 2 - they have some great offerings of wine, cheese, and more classes. My date and I did an "extra credit" wine and cheese tasting which I believe is held several Fridays and focuses on different wine and cheese pairings. It's really more of a storefront in the farmer's market but there's a selection of seating around the store so you can do the tastings and not be cramped. What a birthday treat! We came in around 5p on a Saturday. We told them what wine we wante and what we wanted to eat, and he brought us out a plate. We did not want meat so our total was $30 for the cheese plate and 2 glasses of wine. not bad! After we enjoyed our nibbles, we went to try more cheese to take home. Every review on here makes it pretty darn clear that Scardello is awesome, but nobody really touched on the prices. To my surprise, it's not expensive! I'm not familiar with cheese prices and I am by no means a cheese connoisseur, but I was expecting to pay around $25 for the cheese platter I ordered (shared between two people). To my surprise, it was only $15! That definitely sealed the deal for me; there is no doubt that I'll be coming back here for snacks in the future. Now for more details... When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by one of the employees behind the counter. I let him know that I know absolutely nothing about cheese aside from the fact that I love it, but that I do know that I want a tasty cheese platter. He explained to me that the base price for the cheese platter is $5 (which covers the bread, dried fruit, and assorted nuts) and that the cheese price would be added on top of that by weight. He then proceeded to make recommendations for the platter and provided my friend and I with samples. As we sampled the cheeses and provided our feedback, he adjusted his recommendations to our taste. I was really impressed by his ability to do so. He was incredibly helpful and quickly changed my perception of the place. I always figured a cheese shop would be pretty snobby, but that's not the case at all. The employees are fantastic and more than happy to help. After sampling four cheeses, we were ready for our cheese platter. We selected L'Amuse Gouda, Flory's cheddar, and Marin - Triple Creme. He told us to take a seat, that he'd bring some water out for us, and that he'd bring the cheese platter over as soon as it was ready. You pay once you're done eating, which worried me because I thought I was going to end up paying a fortune. As I mentioned above, I walked away paying much less than I anticipated! It was a great way to end a phenomenal snack! So how did the platter taste? Absolutely amazing! Well of course it did, we chose the cheeses we liked after all... but we had a nice balance on our platter thanks to the employee's recommendations. We had a rich, spreadable cheese (triple creme), a bold cheese with a light crunch (gouda), and a cheese right in between (cheddar). I also really enjoyed the fruit and nuts they provided; they paired beautifully with the cheeses. This place is a perfect example of a Cheese store. Rich, the owner has an absolute passion for cheese and it shows. He wants everyone in the world to learn about cheese, appreciate cheese, eat cheese. I wouldn't be surprised if he used it as aftershave! But seriously, Scardello's has a very well kept selection of cheeses. You can taste anything you want - and in a sensible sequence. None of this "overpower the palate with a strong blue and then try a delice" attitude I have seen elsewhere. Very nice sandwiches there too, inexpensive wines, so you can just sit, have a glass of wine and a cheese plate or a sandwich and contemplate how the rest of the world is living. They also have an amazing collection of salts. If you haven't tried gourmet salts yet, you just need to get down there and so so. Who knew that there could be so much variety (and so much cost!). They do classes there in the evenings too, so if you are looking for a Cheese 101 or a special tasting (like all blue cheeses), you can probably find something that appeals. This review is based on several visits. I have probably tasted most of the cheeses they have in the case because they are SO good and generous about letting you sample whatever you want. The people working behind the counter are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful in suggesting pairings with wine or food and also in giving you recommendations based on cheeses you already like. I love that they stock local cheeses as well. Artisanal cheese is not cheap-- but I don't think this shop charges any more than it should. This has been on my list for a while given the fantastic reviews and the fact that its like 2 minutes from my place. While I generally consider myself pretty open to trying new foods, I am not the most adventurous when it comes to different types of cheeses. In the past I have had some strongly unfavorable reactions to certain cheeses that slipped their way into a salad with me unwittingly knowing (and when I say unfavorable I mean I would be able to taste if a salad was tossed with a cheese i didn't like, the cheese then removed, and only residue left, THAT is how much i hate certain types of cheese). I told the woman who helped us out about my aversion to all things pungent, particularly blue cheese and anything of that nature, and she made a 5-cheese board with a 2 of those types (I don't like them but my girlfriend does) and 3 other types that were more.... mild. They were all fantastic (but for the goat cheese but that's due to personal reasons), I even decided to give blue cheese a chance again, and much to my surprise, I didn't detest it the way I had recalled from the past. I actually think I may have mistaken blue cheese for goat cheese, because we also had some of that, which I tried, and no matter how much I wanted to, could not like. The cheese board came with several dried fruits, nuts, and bread, and for the whole thing with two Celebrator Dopplebocks (best dark beer IN THE WORLD, trust me, I've had them all, yes... all of them), it was something like $25.... awesome. Just a heads up, although they don't really "wait" on you, they do bring out your cheese and clear the plates later, and there is no tip line if you pay with credit card, so if you want to leave a tip (not sure if this is customary there or not due to the absence of the tip line), then bring cash. read more

After reading so many glowing reviews on Yelp I decided the other day that I HAD to visit Scardello. So, I rounded up a couple of friends of mine and headed out to see for ourselves. What a wonderful experience. First of all, the selection is scary big. I love cheese but being a suburbanite and dating a man with lactose intolerance I rarely get a chance to venture out of the everyday cheddar and parmigianno. That was okay, however, as the nice girl behind the counter offered us samples and did her best to guide us towards what we would like all the while explaining exactly what we were eating. I also like the fact that, along with the price per lb, the signage had the price per 1/4 lb. This was great as it made it a lot less scary to order. I mean, some of these cheeses were $25-$35 lb and I'm not so hot at math. So I ordered 1/4lb cuts of 3 different types and got out under $20. Not bad, and SO good! Carpe Umami When my wife suggested an artisan cheese shop in Oaklawn for a date night stop, I was immediately struck with visions of a new über cool hip blip on the fickle Dallas food scene. All pose no poise. I was wrong. This place takes dead aim at your five tastes buds, but invites the other senses along for the ride. The style of the shop is a simple mixture of modern, and rustic, with great warm colors. Most of all it keeps the main thing the main thing...Cheese. Your not in the door a second when you are greeted warmly by folks behind the exquisite art installation...I mean cheese case. It is arranged right to left from mild double & triple creams to stinky to strong blues. Knowing where to start can be intimidating. Don't worry because Rich & Karen Rogers are "Know-It-Alls", and that's a good thing. These guys are Sommeliers de Fromage. Under their graceful tutelage we learned more in a few minutes sampling various cheeses than in all the times past sticking a toothpick into plastic sample display for a cube of dried cheez. By a show of hands...who knew that cheddar is an action and not a type of cheese? It's a freakin' verb. My knee jerk reaction was to order something intense. As I was about to speak Rich like Master Po to Kwai Chang Caine, but without all the "snatch the pebble from my hand" business, suggested a lighter milder one first so that I don't blow out my taste. This is sage advice. Pulling the trigger on what to order for the plate was excruciating, my suggestion is to let them choose, you will not regret it. They have two plate set ups sweet (dried fruits & honey) or savory which consisted of olives, bread and these incredible almonds. Once they had an idea of what we liked they went to work and we went to pick out a bottle of wine. The vino is reasonably priced. There are a few times in a life when an experience causes you to bow your head, close your eyes and attempt to freeze time like a superhero. And my initial taste of Grayson is one of those. It's a washed rind cow's cheese from Virginia. I've sat here for 10 minutes attempting to describe it and the words keep getting in the way. One other recommendation is Hooligan from Connecticut. It's a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma. I've been back three times since then, and this is an great place to stop, sit, and be still as well as connect with people you love in a easy way. The large table at the very back, is my favorite place to roost and if it's not taken up sit there, it's very cozy and intimate. Scardello Artisan Cheese resides on the busiest corner in Oaklawn and definitely one of the toughest places to park in Dallas. If you don't know that there is a back lot to land in or you're not a local and comprehend how to get back to said parking at 5pm via Lemmon to Regan to Bowser your head will explode. Every time we go to Dallas, we go to scardellos. This is where I discovered my favorite cheese (Challerhocker). All the cheeses I've tasted there tasted delicious! It's a nice little cheese shop that also sells meat and other food. The interior is mostly made out of wood, being a moderately long strip with the food selection. There is a wide selection of cheeses, and some meat and wine. There was even a chef from a W hotel buying cheese for W while we were there! There were free samples, and the cheese monger even gave a sample to my little brother, although he didn't want it. read more

Huge fan of this place. If you are anywhere near Dallas and you're looking for some awesome cheese to go with whatever... THIS is the place! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm able to walk in and tell them my plans (usually a menu I'm preparing) and they offer up the absolute BEST selections! personal fave: Barely Buzzed (cheese with espresso grounds as the rind) they even have crazy things like a goat cheese with blue cheese as the rind... Love this cozy place. Had the mountaineer sandwich which didn't disappoint. Andrew behind the cheese display was friendly and helpful but most of all knowledgeable. If I didn't have to catch a flight I would have a huge to go bag on my arm. Great place to hangout with friends in a low key atmosphere to sip wine and taste cheese. So...I finally got it together and attended the infamous Cheese 101 class, and I must say it was an incredible experience! The owner Rich is extremely passionate about his craft, and takes great pride in going into every intricate detail on the cheese. They gave us a portion of a bunch of different cheeses on a platter, half of them were to sample with a glass of white wine (a nice crisp sauv blanc) and the other half was for the red wine (pinot noir). Then he gave us some nuts, honey, lemon wedge, and even a little piece of bacon to bring out the taste of certain cheeses. I tasted cheese like I have never tasted it before! I am definitely looking forward to some of their other tastings in the future...ie the wine and cheese tasting at the end of January. Love this place. read more

Best place to stock up for a wine & cheese night! Service is fantastic, as everyone behind the counter is really knowledgeable about the cheese, and very patient with indecisive people like me. They allow customers to sample before choosing, which is perfect for someone who doesn't quite know what kind of cheese they like. Prices are fairly reasonable, some things are definitely a little on the pricier side but I think it's worth it. Sandwiches are okay if you need something and happen to be there, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for one. Parking behind the building is a nightmare, I suggest parking at Eatzi's and walking across the street. read more

As I walked in, the 'cheese enthusiast' behind the counter asked if I wanted some blue cheese for the steaks. (Had the bag from a certain butcher down the street with me). I was impressed that he was that observant. That continued as I described the type of cheese I wanted and picked one out without hesitation. Was able to sample before buying it and was pleased. More expensive than getting it at your local grocery but the assistance you get to make the decisions is well worth the extra cost. read more

I've never been to Scardello, BUT (don't throw the tomatoes just yet)... I have had the pleasure of sampling a few of their products thanks to Artizone (http://www.yelp.com/biz/artizone-dallas#hrid:w-tbbNYeNuabSd4KtzXJEw). Before I even get to the cheese, I'll say that their Romano crackers are AMAZING. Really addicting and taste uniquely delicious all by themselves. Best crackers ever... definitely recommend trying them with whatever you sample. As for the cheese, I sampled three of them: 1. Fiscalini Cheddar (cow's milk, U.S.) - -- Has a familiar taste, since it's cheddar and made in the U.S. and everything. Very sharp, savory and has some grassy notes. I thought it paired well with Merlot. 2. Fuive Pecorino (sheep's milk, Italy) --- Also a very strong flavor, and after tasting I would think it would be great if it was grated on something. But the package says it's great for simply eating. It was my least favorite of the three, but still pretty good and I like it with Chardonnay. 3. Idiazabal (smoked sheep's milk, Spain) --- This was the most complex of the cheeses and probably my favorite. It's smoked by three different woods and you can really pick up the flavors of each. It's initially familiar, but then goes into different flavors the longer it's in your mouth. It's great by itself. Also, any of these cheeses + Gio's hard salami + Romano cracker + stone-ground mustard + wine = heaven. I had a nice meal full of cheese, carbs and deliciousness. Anyway, I'll refrain from five stars until I get to go to the store and see what their service is like and what other cheeses they have available, but they definitely seem like an awesome place for cheese! read more

LOVE this place! The staff are cheerful, helpful and just a pleasure to chat with! Add to that the mouth-watering selection of cheeses, and you've won me for life! Been in Dallas for a month, and sadly could not get on the list for their events, as they fill up really quickly, but they seem amazing, and am looking forward to going to many in the future! For all your cheese needs, this is the place to go! I was on a "texas-cheese" binge, and got a tasting of several, chose a cheddar and goat cheese, and was not disappointed, they were both amazing! The "cheese master" (i don't know his name, he has a beard and is a cheese expert, hence the cheese master label) was super helpful and friendly. This place stinks......of delicious cheese goodness! I was so happy to have found this place in Dallas as one of my favorite places in NYC was Murray's Cheese Shop; similar to this one. They had a large array of cheese to choose from, definitely not the kind you find at Albertsons. We also enjoyed looking at all of their other speciality items like salts, jams, honey, and, prepare yourself....LAMB BACON. What? Yes. I went there. I said it. Lamb bacon. The staff was attentive, patient, and super nice. It was a nice open space and we loved browsing and tasting all the different cheese that were there. Prices are a little steep but like I said, these are all specialty cheeses. Highly recommended. Great for date night! read more

I ate lunch here with a friend, cheese sampler with a bottle of wine. The man at the cheese counter asked us about our preferences, and prepared a carefully-curated plate that we both enjoyed. It was attractively presented and also had some dried fruit, bread, and nuts. The atmosphere is very cozy, and I think that they might have wi-fi, so you might be able to join the owners working at the large farm table in the back. They also sell wine by the bottle, and gourmet sea salts, and some other gourmet goodies. It's a nice place to sample some cheeses and chill. I likey. read more

The staff here is so enthusiastic about cheese, you just can't help but be drawn in to all their cheesy excitement! Seriously, they know what they're doing here, and by the time you walk away, you'll have learned something about cheese. It's about the best cheese you can find in Dallas. Artisan cheese is expensive, but when it's properly aged and stored, it's worth what you'll spend. If you're cooking with these artisan cheeses, it should be your most important ingredient. Spending $15 on real Gruyere for your potato/turnip gratin recipe is worth it. Imagine a day where you've already gone shopping for your normal food, already have your bar stocked, already have your pantry set up for days and weeks ahead. Stop in to Scardello for ideas and sample flavors to womp up your next meal with cheeses from around the world. read more

This is a very cute little cheese shop. They have a pretty good variety of cheese assortments, but it does not offer the widest range of cheeses compared to the other cheese shops I have been to. All the selections we tried in store were all pretty good quality though. They also offer a small range of salamis and sandwiches. What's a good pairing without wine? So yes they have wine! This is a store where you can grab a sandwich and cheese board, paired with some good wine and sit and enjoy it in store. They also have a small market selling fine salt, honey, chocolates, and etc. I didn't get to dine in today but I did pick up some really good camembert to go! I will definitely bring a few friends back to enjoy this hospitable little gem. read more

If you're in Dallas and you're not at Scardello's, you're doing it wrong. The atmosphere, selection and team were all perfect. I found myself daydreaming in the airport about the flight being canceled, just so I could pop back in and try more cheese and wine. I can't wait for the next trip! read more

This review is based on the wine tasting that's offered every Saturday between 3 and 5 PM. For only $10, you get to taste four different wines, each of which is paired with a different cheese. Great deal and a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Although the tasting is a come-and-go event, I'd recommend going earlier rather than later if you want to sit around and participate in the tasting in a leisurely manner. There are a number of tables and chairs, but it quickly got busy when I was there and those who came later had to stand and do the tasting. The wines and cheese that I tasted that day were very good. But I was hungry and also tried one of their artisan sandwiches -- the Sweet Italian, which consisted of prosciutto, burrata, and fig confit on a soft and crispy baguette. Yum. Wine, cheese, and a delicious sandwich in a quaint setting... I can think of worse ways to spend a Saturday afternoon. :o) read more

This is heaven for cheese lovers. They have a pretty diverse selection of cheeses, and their staff are very helpful with guiding you to one that you'll like. I found a couple that was just incredible. They also have great sandwiches that uses some of the cheese they sell as well as classes and tastings throughout the month.
