We can't say enough great things about Warner Roofing & Restoration!…read more When we discovered a leak in our kitchen, Donell was out to our house that same night to take a look. He was thorough and explained all of our options to us. He was diligent about keeping in contact, sticking to a schedule, and answering all the questions I had. He came to the house and worked alongside the adjustor to document the damage and was quick to get a date set to replace our roof. Working with Warner has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking at roof repairs or replacements! Customer service, quality, and efficiency are what you get when you choose Warner!

Sadly this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. A tree fell on my house June 16th, and…read morethey just finished the job at the end of October. Communication was abysmal and i never got any updates about when things were completed, if there was a hold up, or when work was scheduled unless I text or called them. I had to keep asking about when things would get done and then something would magically get done the next day, and then I wouldn't hear anything for weeks until I'd call or text again to find out when something else was going to be completed. The person handling my repairs was not personable and acted like I was the biggest pain in the ass ever, not the person whose house had a tree fall on it and just wanted it all to be done. I would never suggest anyone use this company unless you want no updates, to be forgotten about, and to be treated like you don't matter.

A couple of weeks later I was asked to wait another day (we were at a month in). I contacted a couple of more times for various new times to expect my never arriving quote and it just became obvious that they weren't interested in the job. Tried to hire Bufalo and got nothing but a bunch of bull.

I don't know about you, but if I have to pay just shy of $14,000 in mid May of 2025 to tear off…read moreand replace my roof, I want the best qualified roofer who knows he has to reattach the gutters during a roof tear off. I also want my roof to be inspected by the city as required by state law upon completion of the job, and I expect to get the inspection certificate that the job passed. In addition, I expect the business to be respectful when concerns are raised by the homeowner, like the corner where new roofing does not meet up with the dormer, or metal debris in gutters. This business, instead, informed me DURING A PHONE CALL WITH HIS ENTIRE TEAM PRESENT ON THE CALL they have installed roofs in Rockford for 15 F...ing years and NOT ONCE had a roof inspection. I advised him that actually this was my THIRD ROOF IN 30 years on this house ,and each time a city inspector showed up and left the inspection at my front door or handed it me if I was home. When I called the city about their claim, the city told me only the roofer could call for an inspection. Within 30 minutes later after I had just come in from hand watering newly planted shrubs beside my driveway for 2 hours,I found a roofing inspection taped to my garage door...not to my house, where the roof job was ACTUALLY done. Finally, after I involved my city council member, the owner sent someone out and discovered that the debris in my gutter was actually the fittings that were never reattached to my gutters. Apparently the CITY INSPECTOR MISSED THAT. So I had unattached gutters! How do you not reattached gutters? And how is it that a true city inspector who inspected your new roof on your HOUSE leave an inspection for house roof on your garage? You decide, does this company sound like it deserves your business? Not this homeowner.
