The staff was very professional and took the time to explain that the type of hair loss I was experiencing could be due to a number of factors including medication I'm taking, age, and genetics. They prescribed a shampoo and conditioner with copper in it, a spray for my roots, vitamins, and a prescription hair serum that has Minoxidil as one of it's main ingredients. I have been consistent in following this regimen and am very happy to say that the hair along my hairline grew back! I never felt any pressure to try any of the other treatments available. I had the pleasure of having Malik style my pixie. I didn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to sit in his chair. He briefly examined the condition of my hair and asked me of my expectations. He was really hilarious. He had me laughing throughout my service. The atmosphere almost feels like you're sitting in your auntie's living room listening to gossip and good music. I normally wear my pixie for a few days before changing into braids or a wig but it's been over 2 weeks and I'm still wearing it. It seems to get better and better as the days go on.
