Spartanburg County area. I would definitely advise you to stay away from this company. Nobody will ever return your phone calls. Nobody can directly answer your questions. The providers that do Telehealth are rude, condescending and love to gas light you. They will for example, tell you to log in for your on your phone for your Telehealth appointment at 2pm for example. You can't do anything but stare at your phone until the provider comes on. If they even do show up! When you log in for your Telehealth appointment expect that the NP's will always be a hour or even 2 hours late. With no apologies or explanations for your long wait times. No consideration taken in account for wasting your day. Usually for nothing. Sometimes, I have waited so long for a provider to show up that I just gave up and checked out. There's never any follow up calls. This company should be investigated by the medical board and all the insurance companies. I have been with them for approximately a little over 2 months. I deal with someone different mostly every time I call. If you are even that lucky to get anyone on the phone after being on hold for way over 30 minutes. This is suppose to be a 24/7 hour service but that is a plain out lie. You never reach anyone besides an answering machine. And if you ever do reach someone it's always going to be somebody different. That does not have a clue what's going on. Nobody knows all your medical conditions or even what medications you take. Last week, I was told that according to their records I had got my Concerta filled by my local pharmacy that I take for Narcolepsy in September 18th. I kept telling the NP that was a lie because it's been on back order for the last year. But she would not listen to me. I got off the phone with her to call my local pharmacy and explained to him that this NP was more or less accusing me of being a liar. He told me that I have had Concerta called in every month for my Narcolepsy but it has never, ever been filled because they have not had it stock for over a year!! And told me to tell her to call his pharmacy herself because she was making up lies about him and his pharmacy. Which I don't even know why any of my Narcolepsy meds were any concern to her because SC House Call's would never handle my Narcolepsy medications at all because I have a specialist that I see regularly for that. Then she told me that I was on too much anti anxiety medication. Yet, she doesn't know anything of my trauma, panic attacks, PTSD, nor my psychiatric history. I have been on the same medication for 10 years. With the same dosage provided for me by my psychiatrist that has extensive psychiatric visits with for the last 10 years. Another thing that was none of her business because he is a very highly qualified psychiatrist that handles all of my mental health visits. And medications. So this should not have been SC House Calls's concern. Then as she was going over my medical history she said I had COPD. I have never been dx ever with COPD. I think they make up stuff about you as they go. When I was signed up with this company it was to my knowledge that I would see a NP every Tuesday. I saw one NP twice who spent less than 10 minutes with me. One of those visits were my my first visits. What could he learn about me in that short of time? And I have seen no one in person since then. Even though someone is suppose to come Thursday of next week. But I think as of today, I'm contacting both of my insurance companies and the SC medical boards over how I have been ignored, lied to, given bare minimum of care over the phone and gas lighted. Before I got sick, I worked for a large hospital and for EMS. I know what you do and definitely do not do to a patient. I know the laws and my legal rights too. My vet gives better treatment to my pets than this place. Please do your research on this company before you ever bring them into you or your loved ones life. This is the most incompetent company that I have ever seen. If I could give them zero stars that would be more appropriate.

Awful experience for something as important as your health. Literally I am waiting over 2 weeks for my prescription to be filled

I wasn't sure about any of the many companies that are available, but my dad took I'll all of a…read moresudden and a lady from AGAPE was in the hospital when they started telling us that he had heart & kidneys failure. There wasn't anything else they could do for him ,but they said the HOSPICE could get things faster than what he could. After talking with this lady for quite awhile I felt like hearing from her how she would have their people take care of her family members should that time ever arrive. I'm so happy that I chose them because they were there all the way to the end. It was April 2nd an I began to notice some changes in the way he was having problems drinking water through a straw. Along with other things that was unusual for him so I called an a nurse called me almost as I put my phone down. She said she was on her way an it would take her about an hour to reach us, but she only took fourth minutes. She took his vitals an said things were a little off and she said she was concerned so she would stick around. My family was impressed by the amount of her continually checking him. She sat down next to mom an was talking with her, but I noticed she was constantly looking at pop when she got a look on her face that was a look of concern. She stood up walked over to me an said she was concerned because she said she hadn't seen him take a breath in about five minutes. She said that she was going to check him again because she didn't want to upset mom. Upon checking his vitals she turned and whispered that he was gone. She went to mom an broke the news to her. My wife and daughter inlaw helped her lay down. The nurse took care of calling everyone that needed to be contacted. Overall I'd give the entire folks that came to care for him a GOLD AWARD. Since then my mom has started having heart ,kidney ,bowels, diabetic, plus some more issues. I didn't hesitate calling them. They got a copy of mom's medical history and said she qualified for the assistance with Hospice. They had said a nurse would be by twice a week unless she needed more. They said that someone would be coming three times a week and they have had someone here Monday thru Friday to help her bathe, change her clothes if needed plus other things if she needed it done. So far the care they've shown my mom is a huge five star. I highly recommend AGAPE to anyone that has a family member that is needing assistance. These folks are at the top of the list when it comes to having home care. I WANT TO SEND A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE ENTIRE HOSPICE COMPANY AGAPE..........

We asked for FMLA paperwork and they said "No problem" after waiting almost 6 weeks we finally had to get it elsewhere. They made "appointments" for visits from their providers who sometimes never showed up or called to tell us they weren't coming. They sent automated messages saying they were coming but then again sometimes never showed up or bothered to notify us. They listened to complaints of increased pain but never made any medication adjustments to keep our loved one comfortable. Instead they kept trying to get him into their inpatient hospice center. Don't use this company if you want a responsive, caring, dependable and competent staff.

Also had someone take her to the store and "share" her buggy. My mother in law paid for Home Instead caregivers BEER for the weekend. When I called to speak to the owner(s) as I was referred by my moms church. Apparently one of the part owners was a member. I was given the RUN AROUND by the front staff. They should be shut down. We had cameras on my mother in law and the one in the bedroom was altered habitually when using Home Instead. Maybe if they paid the caregivers at least half of what they charged per hour, the experience would have been better. Negative stars, however, I have to at least put 1.
