The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. When I got there, the team was calm, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. They repaired both tires and even rotated the other two at no charge, which I absolutely wasn't expecting.
